That creates weeks of uncertainty, something that the government can ill afford in the circumstances. If the negotiations do stall or cease then what? Do they start a new tender process which could take weeks/months or is it the case that it has not been renewed as there are now other options?

Seems crazy that a company with a marketcap such as NCYT's would keep it's shareholders guessing on whether a huge tender had been fulfilled and/or renewed. It is becoming a bit worrying for some I would suspect.
