As we all know Glymab Therapeutics Ltd is owned wholly by Scancell Holdings plc; the Certicate of Incorporation confirms this:-

I was also looking at the Certicate of Incorporation for Zakari Therapeutics Limited. I noticed that this shows that unlike GTL it was wholly owned by Scancell Limited:-

Many of us will recall this company was set up by Scancell in May 2021 and was dissolved via voluntary strike-off in April 2023.

Scancell's interim results for six months ended 31 October 2022 state "The Board felt that there was no further need to retain the Zakari Therapeutics subsidiary company. Therefore, application has been made to the Registrar of Companies for Zakari Therapeutics Limited, a non-trading subsidiary of Scancell Limited, to be dissolved".

Six days previously on 25 October 2022 Scancell signed a Commercial License Agreement with Genmab. My conclusion is that whatever the plans were for Zakari Therapeutics Ltd these plans changed following discussions around the License Agreement with Genmab. I firmly believe that the setting up of Glymab therapeutics Ltd is linked to Genmab. AIMHO

Balerno2, Something Phil says (about 19 mins 30 seconds in) makes me think you may well be correct about Genmab being a prospective equity partner/ owner. Phil says:-

“First and foremost at this stage Glymab Therapeutics is a wholly owned subsidiary of Scancell, as we have mentioned to create greater value from this antibody portfolio and capability.”

His use of the words “AT THIS STAGE” could be taken to imply that it will not always be a wholly owned subsidiary.

Moonparty, I agree with you. I think that Phil L'Huillier's answer to Question 4 at the Investor Meet presentation is interesting (The words in capital letters are mine for emphasis):-

I wonder if it might be Oxford BioTherapeutics (The following link makes reference to "bispecific"). On 3 October 2022 Oxford BioTherapeutics (OBT) entered into a license agreement with Genmab:-

"OBT's IO discovery process provides unique insights into the cancer-immune cell synapse and has identified several novel IO monoclonal and bispecific antibody candidates for cancer therapies".

This announcement by OBT was made 22 days before Scancell's entered into a license agreement with Genmab. Like you say hopefully SC129 will be next.

I was looking at the fact that both Scancell and OBT each entered into Commercial licence agreements with Genmab for one of their antibodies in October'22. Now OBT have got a deal with Roche for what appears to be 12 programs. I assume but do not know (I do not have medical knowledge) that this means 12 antibodies at the "discovery" stage.

I just thought it possible that Genmab might do a deal for Scancell's whole antibody platform. The RNS 25 October'22 in respect of the first antibody deal with Genmab states "Genmab has been granted the exclusive right to develop and commercialise the Scancell antibody in multiple novel potential therapeutic products for any and all potential disease areas, excluding cell therapy applications".

So the first deal was exclusive but there was no up front payment for exclusivity. However under the second Genmab deal Genmab paid an $1M exclusivity payment to Scancell. I have always wondered why that was and whether perhaps they were paying for potential exclusive rights over Scancell's wider antibody platform. (It is worth noting that no other antibody deals have been done with any other Pharmas despite the "interest" we have been told about).

Then there was this:- "CMO Tahamtan Ahmadi explained Genmab hopes to do a deal in 2025 like its ProfoundBio acquisition in 2024 as the company seeks to develop more antibodies entirely on its own." (Though I was not able to open the link).

On 3 October 2022 Oxford BioTherapeutics entered into a Commercial licence Agreement with Genmab.

This was shortly before Scancell entered into its first Commercial Licence Agreement with Genmab on 25 October'22.

I see that on 19 March'25 Oxford BioTherapeutics entered into a multi-year collaboration with Roche to discover novel potentially first-in-class antibody-based therapeutics for the treatment of cancer. OBT will receive up to US$36

million upfront payments from Roche. (This news item is on Oxford BioTherapeutics website). This is a link to their partnered pipeline:-

You will see that the new Roche Partnership is in the "Discovery" part of the pipeline so it is at an earlier stage than their Genmab Partnership which is "Pre-Clinical" (Scancell's Partnership with Genmab is also "Pre-Clinical" ).

I wonder when will get an update on the progress of Scancell's first antibody deal with Genmab. At the AGM Lindy said that they were expecting an update in January'25, she then corrected herself and said December'24. I wonder why Lindy was so way out with the date, hopefully no news is good news. It would certainly be nice to get a deal on the whole antibody platform.

This is a podcast with Heather Shaw talking about a MRNA melanoma cancer vaccine trial.

Between 29 minutes and 32 minutes into the recording she breaks away from the MRNA vaccine topic to talk about an off the shelf vaccine. Although she does not mention Scancell by name but she is clearly talking about SCIB1 and iSCIB1+ .

Georgina is talking about a melanoma trial in Australia using ipilimumab and nivolumab in combination. I look forward to hearing what SCIB1 and iSCIB1+ in combination with ipilimumab and nivolumab can add to this.

As we know she is a member of the panel of experts named in the RNS 24 July'24. Lindy said at the time "We are very grateful to the esteemed panel for their interest in our SCOPE results and their input into our further clinical study. The panel felt that the data was compelling enough to proceed to the Phase 2/3 randomised registration study upon the completion of the SCOPE study. We were also overwhelmed by the interest in the poster, which is the most significant response I have seen in my career."

This is something we have seen here before and commented on in the past.

It is the most shares that can be bought for £10. These trades are for £9.92 and purchasing one more share at this price would take the cost over £10.

I have no idea if there is a hidden meaning; I just wish the number you could buy for £10 was a lot less than 115.
