Alan2017, I have posted directly from today´s RNS but seeing that you can´t be bothered to read it, here it is again...PS, your thoughts on Tidswell and the £3m convertible loan?
"Brockham Update
Further to the Company's Operations Update of 19 December 2018, the commercial flow test programme at the Brockham Oil Field resumed on 4 January 2019.
Prior to shutting down operations for the Christmas period, the Company perforated the BR-X4Z well to provide communication between the reservoir and the well bore. Logging was carried out confirming the perforated intervals.
A standard stimulation programme to bring the well into production, similar to the recent successful operations and testing programme at Horse Hill, is in progress.
An analytical update on the targeted pay zone, the Kimmeridge Layers of the BR-X4Z well, will be provided in due course."

Perforations were done before th Xmas shut down, stimulation programme has been in progress since the 4th.

6 days have now passed since Brockham was stimulated after perforating. Isn´t that time enough for oil to start gushing out? Balcombe test was only for 7 days.
Vonk vs Tidswell means nowt if Brockham doesn´t look prove to be commercial. Today´s last resort funding for Balcombe even though Balcombe is not important right now, looks like a fishing expedition before the boat starts to sink.
SS has been saying along with Lenigas how important the Weald is for the UK economy (100 billions of barrels yada yada). Problem is after BB and the death spiral, nobody believes his BS apart from a few die hard disciples. A great CPR is what is needed to attract genuine money. They have Horse Hill and plan on expanding to 6 wells. Can you imagine the time and red tape for new well sites? Same goes for Angus.
On 29th March 2018, Angus resumed production from the Portland at Brockham at the BR-X2Y well. They have been quiet on these figures and no wonder as the average production since March is less than 5 bopd.
I find it hard to believe that September´s figures for Brockham Portland were 25bopd, the same as Lydsey. Maybe a mistake?

ANSELMO, all Vonk video interviews and other Angus interviews have been recorded for posterity on YouTube. Take your pick out of these to see the smooth talker in action again.

Cheek212, so he lost some money by loaning his shares to an unscrupulous loan shark who sold some of his shares without his consent....Amateur.
Jonathon Tidswell was responsible for Angus crashing to sub 5p at that time. Bergen converted all their loan notes too at below 5p and made a killing selling in the 8s later on.
ANSELMO, where have you been? "Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorius, in contemplation of a possible equity linked loan against his shareholding, transferred 39,000,000 Ordinary Shares by execution of a Stock Transfer Form to America 2030 Capital Limited" as mentioned in the 4th July RNS...

2 days later "Angus Energy announces today that, following the recent PDMR disclosures, Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorius has stepped down as the Company's Chairman with immediate effect, in conjunction with which, Mr. Tidswell-Pretorius will no longer serve as a Director of the Company. "

How he still has 6% of ANGS shares is a mystery to me. Can someone explain?
This type of convertible funding is zero risk for YA, I wonder why they couldn't do the fund raise as before with a discounted placing. Perhaps after 6 days of resuming the testing, things don't look as rosy as they were expecting and they decided that letting down HNW investors wouldn't go down too well. PIs though, who gives a shit?
Can't be long now to find out if and how much oil will flow from Brockham as some waste fluid tankers have seen to be leaving the site. Wait and see.
So, there was a Brockham update after all at the end of today's RNS...didn't stop the SP falling 20% back to mates rates levels though. Oh well, tomorrow is another day, expect 9p will be support until next news.

Brockham well operations have started again as seen by Twitter crew after the money wasting break, so why no update today on saying it has at least? BODs like these make me sick treating PIs like piggy banks.
Shakeyerbooty, so it's all good then LOL!
imaliq..."The Variable Conversion Price is set at 92.5% of the average of the three lowest daily VWAPs in respect of Shares during the 10 trading days immediately preceding the date of the notice of conversion by Noteholders."
"With Brockham just about to start flowing"...is it? Why was Brockham completely left out of the RNS despite all the Twitter reports of activities on site? Why have they decided to raise £3m if Brockham oil flow rates would fund Balcombe instead? Something stinks.
