Logic/theory dictates that the more there is of something , the less it's worth and hence its yields will rise . In the last 2 months yields on 10 yr Notes have dropped ~16% . Someone is buying this debt , there is demand for it , totally illogical , which means there's de-risking on an industrial scale.
