In a recent Instagram post, Solar foods have said that Factory 1 produces 450kg per day which is equal to a 300 cow dairy farm. They say, factory 2 will produce 12’800 tons annually. So I did some calculations.

Factory 2 – 12’800 t annually (÷365 for per day production)

= 35.06849315 t per day (÷0.45 for scale-up factor from factory 1)

= 77.92998478 (×300 to get cow dairy farm equivalent)

= 23378.99543 cows. Of course you can’t have decimals of cows but you get the idea. Round up or down to the nearest cow, its insignificant.

It’d be remarkable if they actually achieve this.

Mosa meat are doing quite on their crowd funding. It's been open less than 24 hours and they're at 158% of their target.

Has anybody else come across this?

It's a dashboard that tracks where the apparently $5.1 billion has been invested in this sector. They want $1000 for it. Agronomics has given it a review so they'll be in on it somewhere. Just wondering if anyone has signed up or knows of someone and if it actually is helpful.
