Proceeds of Crime Act being enacted on those who Bell got involved in business with or their partners is a shower of nonsense? Do expand. Has anyone ever seen such a rapid write down on not 1 super duper asset but 4 in as quick a time as Andrew did with the Moscicki deals? That would be an interesting discussion on its own.

In fairness, the majority of the posts have been me asking you to provide some relevant documentation to support your spurious claims on these coal deals. Which you refuse to do.

A few links to state docs is all i'm after. You have done such thorough research on this asset surely you must have them to hand? Especially seeing as you are currently on a site visit. How else are you reconciling what you are being fed to what your research uncovered??

Like i said, all you get from the company is a hand shandy. RNS aren't worth the paper they are printed on.

I'm well familiar what a coal mine is meant to be. You boys obviously are not. Bell either, as his "Due Diligence" visits to Alabama previously showed us. He also admitted he was an apprentice in an interview recently. Reckless stuff.

But again, for the fifth time now. Have you any relevant documents to show me which back up your ramping statements that this new coal venture is what you are making it out to be?? Who knows, i might do a dramatic about turn and put my life savings in here if it is as good as you make it out to be?

The worthington crew is HIGHLY RELEVANT here, as one of them was invloved with RGM in the previous ventures. Now, i don't know did this guy have a charge put on his house under the Proceeds of Crime Act? Ask Okenia that.

Going back to my earlier post about the boys and the Proceeds of Crime Act and potential fraud etc..

I forgot to add, not only did Bell write down 800k in the previous coal deals, but he also gifted Moscicki 320k worth of shares in RGM, almost 6.2% of the company at the time.

Of course there were never any follow up tr-1's as moscicki sold down or anything. (A regular occurrence when people/companies sell down Bell company shares)

On the plus side, the attached warrants Moscicki got for the deal expire this month.

I told you already. Worked as a coal geo, so when the Rosa deal was announced, of course i looked in to it to see was it worth a punt.

What i found....well.....that's all been documented on here at the time.

What came out later though, was quite interesting.

Some of those involved in the Worthington fiasco or potential fraud were also involved in this deal with Moscicki and Bell. I said at the time that it was like Bell met this lads down at the local insolvency club and they decided to hatch a plan together. I call it a potential fraud, as the fca are investigating and they haven't released a report yet. But the taxman has labelled them as deliberate tax defaulters i think the term was.

Anyway, to cut a long story short..Those worthington lads now have their homes seized or a charge on them under the Proceeds of Crime Act.

RGM, under Bell, invested a fine sum of money in these Moscicki ventures, only to write off £800k a year later.

I found it all a bit intruiging.

But don't take my word, ask Okenia. He is all up on the worthington crew.

As for the RNS updates, they aren't worth the paper they are written on, as Andrew has shown time and time and time and time and time and time again.

So, are you going to provide any relevant documentation to back up your claims? For the fourth time now.

There were more than a few red flags in that rns today in all fairness.

I took some off the table after the farmout. It wasn't so much that deal as the opaqueness re kiliwani remediation that was behind my choice. Everyone knows what happens with these companies if there is no revenue incoming.

I was very tempted to open my first ever short at the same time. It made every sense in the world to me.

But I've got some morals so I didn't.

If I did, I would have made an easy 60%.

The Rosa deal was what got me posting on this board. Again, I had professional knowledge of this sector. Bells nonsense in the rns and interviews did not stack up. Neither did all these calculations pj, yourself and others tried to peddle. You were all in fantasy land.

You were all peddling downright lies. What was that agenda about tell me? I provided professional reports on that mine to back up my stance and prove you were all lying. Whether that was intentional on your part or not, only you can answer.

I said I was reserving judgement on this latest deal until I had seen any professional reports on the asset. No agenda there.

Enjoy the trip anyway. Hope you learn something, because you clearly knew very very little when you were promoting Rosa.

Fantastic coal deal? Prove it to me. I haven't looked into it much, but bell has already changed his tune so that does not inspire any confidence.

I've no interest in bashing a stock. What i will do is call out ineptitude, over paid, under worked, shifty directors who partake in a host of dubious and dodgy deals, when i see it. Unfortunately it's all over the place in rgm and rrr.

Check out their recent investment in KIN (asx) where our Terry Grammer used be on the board. Their mtr money was a fraction of that investment, albeit it loan and equity iirc.

That project is in the doldrums. Their DD didn't pick up on anything, which was odd, as there were some signs.

Don't believe all they hype and soundbites that these folk peddle, and are repeated ad nauseum on here.

DYOR, and if you don't have any relevent experience in the sector, pick up the phone book and get a consult off someone who does if you are going to splash out any substantial sum.

Do not, follow the money. Follow the opportunity, wherever that may be.

By that i mean, anyone who followed sprott in here at 3p or 2.8p are well down. The opportunity was when it dipped to 1.5p after their initial investment, or whatever it was. The bigger opportunity was when MTR/MOD initially picked up this Bots project. Where was Rick then?

interims paint a slightly different cash position. They seem to have paid their exploration costs upfront though?

The dilution refers to the number of shares in issue. If the company had 100 shares, and you owned 10, you would have 10%.

If the company placed another 10 shares, you would then own approx 9%

The issue with all these raises for working capital, is that the money is pretty much squandered, and very little value is added. eg A company raises a half million. Quarter million goes on wages, more on expenses etc. What value does that add to your shareholding? So a premium means absolutely nothing, you are still diluted.

Where you are coming from, i think the buzz word nowadays is an "accretive placing" This would be possible if a company issues shares say to purchase a new asset, which throws off cash. You would then see extra value down the line, hopefully via an increased SP over the placing price, once the asset is integrated and fully performing etc.

Look at the graph that shows the ups and downs of SP as a project progresses, from the initial discovery through to production. We're in a trough.

Balanced out by a 15,500 odd km2 kcb land package.
