With that outlook no product has any value unless produced. Goes for everyone who weight in and pre buys the latest iphone etc but they buy it. You theories really are poor. So all potential mines have no value, gold, lithium, iron, copper , PGM all of them are valueless.....someone tell Rio, NN and all the others.
It's OK at retrieving tweets but not [rofils as it doesn't atchive them as much, https://medium.com/@RidgewayInfo/a-case-of-disappearing-tweets-ea254d120108#:~:text=The%20Internet%20Archive's%20Wayback%20Machine,page%20you're%20looking%20for.&text=A%20screenshot%20of%20the%20Wayback%20Machine%20captures%20for%20my%20Twitter%20account.
It's II's who have the ability to sell lots makes the share price drop then they buy back many more at a lower price. This also triggers many peoples top losses dropping the price further and allowing them to buy back in at a lower rate therefor more share for their buck
My take on the share price drop - has no relation at all to the opportunity
II's are shorting then selling their holdings to drop the price and buying back their holdings and additional shares for the shorts. When you hold big numbers as BR do they can play the market to suit their tune. The risk is low as the volume they have would cover their shorts if they get caught with an after hour RNS. They are also dropping the price to buy back in lower.
For example sell 1m shares price drops, buy back 1.2m shares cheaper and make a nice slice off the top. Easy money for them. It's a dangerous game but this is my guess at what they are doing
My thoughts are;
The assets are too big for one company to buy, the BOD know this and a lining up companies to take it as new company maybe NN with 2 others a Japanese one maybe, hence why our new non-exec director has experience in cross border mergers and acquisitions. So NN and a few others create a new mining company which beats all other PGM miners hands down and puts Russia at the heart of the green revolution (great kudos to Russia then).
The BOD are shoring up , adding and proving resources to make this sale as valuable as possible for them and for shareholders. I think the rights issue is the 'contingency plan' i.e. if it doesn't get sold they continue as though mining themselves.
If the sell WK and MT as Tigra says why would they pay a dividend then raise a rights issue they would have the funds from the sale to continue.
The circular specifically states the following
The Board believes the scaling of the Company and its projects should continue while the Formal Sale Process is ongoing. The
Board believes that the development of projects within the scope of the Rosgeo JV is well timed from a PGM and battery metals
market perspective and is a sensible course for the Company and its Shareholders
