Bit of a delayed reaction to the latest news, I'm not buying at the moment, just keeping what I have and wait and see. Need to see 10 to break even, missed the early prices above 10, maybe hold for the next year and see how the new project develops

Maybe there's an opportunity? If VISTRY bid on rebuilding in Iran and Lebanon? Could be a very attractive price increase. Buying on the dip is the opportunity here, finding the best buy in point is close IMO

Topped up a little today to reduce losses over the last 3mths, I believe in strong business and unless the current government makes an even worse job than they currently have, housebuilding will improve, specifically affordable housing 👍
