Hey Oilie. What do you make of that post by PC below - regarding the combined value of holdings??? Am I being paranoid in interpreting that as they will extract the value of the CAI shares we are due from the price of the KRS shares we hold - effectively leaving us no better off at all?????

Interesting that DR is selectively emailing people. I've been in here since just after the launch - 8 years now - and he's never emailed me once! Any other proper LTH's getting the select treatment?
It's p'ing me off more that he can be bothered to enquire about SH thinking on CAI holdings than he can to make sure we know WTF is happening with Togo. Never mind the possible distribution, what about all the money we have pumped into KRS/FRX only to be sitting here with nothing to show for it yet. Any distribution is only going to take the edge off how much I'm down in here and I'm increasingly convinced that KRS is going to get binned once the distribution is done.
Someone needs to start talking, so please do give DR and RL a big F'n nudge in that regard.

Been 'imminent' since 2014. That's the bl@@dy problem here! That and the fact we have not received a definitive answer as to why the non-granting is still an issue when there is a mine siting there ready to produce.

It's about time we got some news and photo's from Togo.

It's shareholders money over quite a few years which built the mine. The recent funding just fast-tracked the third-party's bulk sample!

Monty, granted. But it's still a fair question to ask where the bulk sample money has gone? If the Director loans are being repaid via shares then where's the remaining cash? This was meant to be fully funded by the third-party, and all equipment is on-site to allow for immediate 6500 tpm production if a license is awarded. Doesn't appear to indicate any high degree of additional expenditure has been required therefore.

Didn't we effectively already do that (and more) by giving them 10% of the operation?

Sep 2014 - "We continue to focus on finalising the definitive feasibility study and securing the Mining Permit before the end of this quarter and look forward to providing updates in respect to this over the coming months."
Feb 2015 - "On approval of the final negotiated convention, the mining permit can be awarded. Based on the progress of documentation, conclusion of this process is expected in Q1 2015."
Jun 2015 - "We remain confident and look forward to the mining permit for the [Nayega] project being issued in the coming months."
2016 Annual report - "To support this proposed development, we have applied for a Mining Permit. The Company continues

2017 Annual report - "Keras intends to proceed to develop the manganese assets in Togo into a producing mine as soon as the mining licence is issued. However, this has been the situation for some considerable time. "
2018 - "The environmental and social study was submitted to the Ministry of Environment earlier in 2014 and was granted in October 2014. With the Environmental Permit secured, Keras is continuing to focus on finalising securing the Exploitation Permit and is engaged in constructive discussions with the Ministry of Mines and other regulatory bodies in Togo on how to progress the Nayega project into a profitable mine. "

So, now we've done a Government approved bulk sample and cut them into a 10% slice of the pie. yet no license still. Don't go holding your breath would be the long-term holders advice...

Marky, who the F knows! I don't have a single viable reason I can come up with for why Togo has still not granted us a licence, especially now they have been 'gifted' a 10% stake in Nayega. I cannot understand what a rainy season has to do with anything other than actual work/production - the rain doesn't stop a government working nor making decisions!
The Cobalt explorations aren't worth anything. So, our current 'assets' are value from CAI and the paper worth of Nayega. As the poster above me (Beenhere) questions, I have also wondered if packing up in Togo and folding KRS once CAI shares are distributed is what the eventual outcome may be. Maybe a knockdown price asset sale to the off-take company?
It's also a valid question as to where the rest of the bulk sample money has gone? This was supposed to be a fully funded venture by the off-take company "and includes a management fee for Keras which will cover overheads and salaries". If the Directors loans were to be repaid from the bulk sample payments, then why haven't they been and why are they now getting extra shares instead?
Too many unanswered variables after too many years. What comes next can only be one of two options therefore - we get a license or we don't and we go one to produce, or we don't. if we don't, then we have nothing else, so I see no future for KRS.

Here here, Marky. The uncomfortable fact is the only actual 'big ticket' we can lay our hat on is the CAI distribution. Togo appears no closer now than it did at any other point over the years.
I would dearly love some straight talking from the company as to why the F this is dragging on. We've even gave the Togo Gov 10% of the pot now!

Trump to 'save the day'? As far as I am concerned he's blatantly manipulating the market for his own ends. Every time stocks recover from his 'tariff' threats, he comes out with a new one and down we go again.

Directly, I bought in after buying WAFM. Realised FRX was much more advanced and had a previously successful ($1 billion of company sales) BOD.
Thankfully got out of WAFM before they tanked, but not at their height when they inexplicably went up to 90+p after a re-rate. Meanwhile, watched the IO market collapse just as we (FRX) were on the verge of a trans-formative deal with AA/Kumba.
Kept the faith in DR though even through that and the failed gold tributes, and the ever elusive Togo license, and here we are today, 8 years later. I've waited, with others, for some pay-back!
