The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Hi all. I'm sure I don't have nearly as many shares as you all but I have some in IG. I have done nothing since they were suspended so just sitting there with a low value suspended. Is there anything that can be done at all? Any advice? Apologies for such a newbie question.
Shouldn't a dividend be on it's way?
Yes, yesterday on IG
So we'll keep continuing to get dividends until the final wind down date, at which point the shares will either be worth zero, or they'll keep consolidating them until we don't actually have any left? Sorry for the simple questions, but I really appreciate you coming back on the subject!
@urbanguru fantastic, thank you.
With the managed wind-down, what does that mean for investors? Will the shares suddenly dissolve at the end, are they paid back at a certain share price? What's the process?

Hi all, sorry for the rookie question. I only bought into these a few months ago and the dividend at 5.5p is a high percentage, but what does "B shares redeemed and cancelled" mean? Am I going to get the dividend and then my shares disappear? Again apologies for the dummy level question!
From IG:
Due to a technical error, we recently paid your special Tesco dividend in US dollars (USD) instead of UK sterling (GBP). In order to correct this, we will shortly recall the USD dividend paid and reissue a new GBP one to your account. We expect this to completed by the end of today (Tuesday 2 March).
We’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this error. Please note this does not affect the number of new shares that have been booked onto your account to reflect Tesco’s 15-for-19 consolidation.

Hi guys, I'm on IG, my SD just came through but it's lower than I thought: Tesco PLC DIVIDEND (no of shares)@0.5093 Converted at 0.71391184
What's the reason for the conversion to give 71% of what I thought was coming?
Hi guys, sorry for such a rookie question. I upped my shareholding on Friday the 12th with IG and the ex-dividend was the 15th. Following the consolidation, obviously my number of shares is now lower, but on the 26th of Feb when the dividend is paid out, is that against the number of shares I had pre consolidation on the 12th, or after the consolidation on the 15th?
Thanks guys, positive stuff. Thank you.
