The price of coal as been rising steadily for the last few years and to date EDL have not been able to take advantage of it.
The fabled 10,000 tonnes per month as never materialised and they have mystery buyers come out of their ears.
Im not sure if they are selling coal by the Ton or by the lump.
Until they actually start selling it to named buyers and give accurate monthly figures then im afraid investors will continue to stay away.

TD2. Interpretation is the key word here as nowhere (that i can see) does it state in the RNS that the TEO will be released to investors but in the video the specific question was "when will the TEO information be issued to shareholders" and the answer was by 4th Quarter.. We are now in 2nd Quarter of new year and still no TEO. Hopefully we will here something soon

TD2 basically he says thet the TEO should be released in 4th Quarter of 2021.
The RNS released on 20th August is a bit vague "Upon completion of the translation, a comparative analysis of the results generated by Oreall for the TEO and the independently compiled February 2019 Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS") will be provided" Provided to shareholders ??
Apart from that RNS, Qna, and the shareholder meeting there really hasnt been any mention of if/when the TEO will be released. There must be a reason as to why he hasnt released the TEO.. Is it just a case of dotting the Is and crossing the Ts..

@Husato problem is mate there are investors here who have been here over 10 years and have no patience for another 2 years, there are others who have been here less than 2 years and have no patience for another 2 weeks.. Looking at a lot of the posts im not sure if they are just very thick or just Ignorant of how the market works, these guys will blame everyone else but themselves about their decisions to invest. Its the same across all BBs price goes up and they are all Warren Buffett, price goes down and they blame the "SPIVS" the MMs or the board for their carp decision. .. anyway back to the Rugby

If RY gets 6 offers on the table he will obviously pick the best deal of the bunch, it may be a crap deal but he has to offer it to the shareholders. So by default it is the best deal..

How do you know if it wasn't the best deal if you didn't see the other deals put forward.. ??

@etank.. Yeah i think they should go to their rooms and think about what they have done to this company, and they can only come out once a new deal as been struck..

@PP the price bounced around from 3p to 10 for a few years and my average back then after a few averaging down moves was 3.5p i held through Crimea and sold in tranches 15p, 28p, 33p and my last sell was 42p. At 44p the idiots were talking about the mythical £1 which as we know was dreamland. When i found out that a lot of LTHs didnt take money off the table i was gobsmacked and i still am. But here we are again and hopefully RY can pull a rabbit out of the bag.

Why would anyone stump up 100 million in one go to buy a non producing mine, at that point your bank account is - 100M.. You would pay it off in instalments which keeps the money in your account longer earning interest, thats why he is a Billionaire..

Rog i would ignore all share price information on LSE for at least 20mins after the open and when it generally starts updating correctly its normally at least 20mins behind correct price.

The open is 1.05 - 1.25 +1.5%

Opened back up 1.09 - 1.4 +38%... bit jumpy tho
