I think you need to read your reply to Aman..
The basis of my view is quite simple, Kinross got an upfront offer because they are a producer and an investor would get his returns quicker than an investor in an exploration company..
Im not sure why you are finding this point of view difficult to understand.. and yes i may be completely wrong but this is a bulletin board where we all make assumptions based on what we read in RNAs and our own research..

Arent we all taking a guess, you are assuming that we will get an upfront offer..
guess work + assumption = low degree of certainty

They paid upfront because they know they will get returns quicker, with us they will need to spend shedloads of money before they get a return. Im sorry if you dont understand the logic.

There actually was a deal on the table, not a good deal but nonetheless it was a deal. They arent exactly queueing up round the block to offer us another deal are they !! I dont think you are gonna get kissed but you may get - anyway time for a beer..

I totally get the issue here, he offered the best deal available and with all the information we have it was the best deal. Most PIs including myself didnt like the deal but maybe he was right recommending the deal as it might be the only deal we get, to proceed further with this project we will need to go cap in hand to the market time and time again.
What blame do you want him to take ?? as ive said previously getting this mine to an actual point of sale is a massive achievment under all the circumstances. If you think that RY isnt acting in your best interest then you know what to do as for myself ive done plenty of research into this company and knew the risks before investing. The whiners like yourself had the chance to confront RY at the recent meeting but funnily enough none of you bothered to turn up and maybe if you did you couldve asked him to "come clean"..

Ive made many stupid investment mistakes over the years and some quite recently but ive never thought to blame everyone else apart from myself. It just gets a bit boring when investors start using the same ol diatribe, spivs, jam tomorrow, xyz should resign, why are you here etc etc. Its not going to get your money back is it.. Its just childish nonsense. If some cant see that then they will continue to lose money in the markets. All i am saying is take responsibility for YOUR own investment decisions and if you dont you will go broke very quickly..

Amur, every exploration company on AIM will raise money at some point in its life.Its just the way it is.
We defo need an improved offer but i cant see a Queue of investors whilst Russia is in the state it is now but you never know.

Problem is like a lot of AIM companies we also have our fair share of muppet investors who do absolutely no research into the markets or the company they have invested in. When the price goes up we get pictures of rockets and when it goes down they call the CEO a spiv or blame MMs who they also call city Spivs. They are too stupid to have a trading plan or know when to buy/sell or tranche into a share. Its the way of the world tho Blame others for your poor decisions then ***** n moan about it on BBs or social media..

You talking bout the guy who has taken a mining company worth near zero to getting an offer of 100million. Bear in mind the location is one of the worse places in the world to do business in with one of the worse possible locations. During that time Russia as been at war several times and is currently invading Ukraine. What have you done recently apart from ***** n moan every day about YOUR own investment.. MD if you wanted to know so badly how many employees AMC have then you would have asked him. You obviously dont know and then you say they dont have much to do. Its funny that you like to cast aspersions on people that you have never met then throw out the sympathy post.
