Never forget, people, that the view of this board is very much from the perspective of an individual shareholder. Companies who explore/mine/process are huge corporations, juggling any number of current and future projects, some of which the shareholders will know about, so the corporation will be looking to do what is best for the corporation, and 'corporation' doesn't mean 'shareholders'. It's not unusual for any business to offload or walk away from smaller, less profitable projects for the higher profitability of the business. Bean-counters prevail.

Well you hit it on the head, Learner, "Occasional". Fact is I have seen this board besieged by trolls, MMs, call them what you will - people trying to get GGP shareholders to sell by sowing doubt and negativity and using various underhand tactics such as ramping other 'wonderful, not-to-be-missed' shares. Everything in moderation, but GGP shareholders are intelligent, so while they can see through any of the above, it does become tiresome. It also has the effect of placing suspicion on any genuine poster trying to share what they consider is a genuine opportunity. And now I'm going to watch Alan Titchmarsh, so have a good evening, all.

Whether I think this is a good thing or a bad thing depends on how long they take progressing the Loch Tay Project to the point where they do actually return EGR to being listed. That, and the share placing. And now I have to research the lithium project.

And excellent news for me this morning with another shareholding that's suspended now cos it's acquiring and splitting into two companies. Ah, I just love gold and lithium in safe environments.

It's also noteworthy that David Hall and Osisko Gold Royalties which hold 32.7% of the existing shares have already voted yes to the Acquisition.

Hi Lazygun, it should be everyone who's a current shareholder.

It is my understanding that Erris will split and become two different companies, Erris and the soon-to-be newly named Deutsche Lithium. Eris shareholders will be offered pro rata shares in both companies. Erris will be a standalone company separate from the new company. This should push the share price higher. I interpret this as Erris wanting to focus on Loch Tay and on lithium operations separately. As technically it's a reverse takeover Eris gets the 50% shareholding plus 1.35 million Euros.
Thoughts, anyone?

Hi, just come back on the site. It seems like this is the second half of a thread but why you talking about Eddie Izzard?

I agree with your first paragraph. However, TT's comment did not relate to 'changing the thread title'. If you look back, there were three posters who started their own new threads using the same title as another poster, making four threads with the same title.
