There are approximately 402,000,000 shares in total. 153,000,000 are currently on the market. 5% corresponds to 40.2 million shares.

I don't know if a shareholder pool reaching 5% can make this type of request ? I have no legal expertise in this area. However, I think it's still an idea worth exploring if minority shareholders help each other.

There is no more debt . There is 15 M net cash.

As i see, the main shareholder doesn't share any profits... And maybe, he use his company to take cash for himself (investigation in progress). So the others shareholders doesn't trust him which explain the current level of this company's share price while the results are excellent.
