Agree with that. You wouldn't stay quiet with the amount of shares he supposedly had. More than suspicious.
Am I right in thinking that if AM draws more finance from this deal then more warrants will be issued accordingly, and that if the borrowing is paid back early in cash then the lender will still keep the warrants?
I know the warrants will bring cash into the company but will also raise the shares in issue. Close on 55 mill shares for the first transaction!
