Thanks for the comments. Honestly I think more might be gained from a class action than hoping for a turnaround. At least there'll be some insurance cover. If anyone is aware of anyone else running something, please can you advise. The limitation period is running out. I don't see how this co is going to turn out well - it has been 5 years. Remember a bad investment usually doesn't turn into a good one. Also the fact that no one has been charged doesn't mean much as there is a higher standard to prove a criminal case (beyond reasonable doubt). We're talking about a class action on the lower standard (balance of probabilities).

Hi all - does anyone know of any class action / shareholder claim running against WTG? If so it would be great to hear about who is running it and whether it is being done at risk of shareholders/claimants or underwritten. It's gradually getting there. The company is doing many things right. I think a few more stable earnings reports will make an enormous difference. We could be looking at 40%-50% more.

I think it has a long way to go with the quality of the operations.

Strong datacentre growth reiterates Telecity as a ‘buy’ New figures on the prospects for datacentres bode well for data management facilities provider Telecity Group (TCY). Investec analyst Roger Phillips has reiterated his ‘buy’ recommendation and target price of 925p after a quarterly report from the CBRE showing a year-on-year rise of 90% in European demand for data centres in its first quarter, which follows on from a strong fourth quarter. Agreed octavia and the latest RNS was about $5m more than I thought it would be, for one of the most important blue diamonds ever recovered. The Cullinan mine has an impressive history of pumping out many of the most spectacular gems in the world.
