My opinion is that Louis has achieved his personal goal of coining in on an unbelievable salary over the years. And on the basis he has shown no desire to buy shares at such an apparent discount to demonstrate his confidence in Kibo, that tells me all I need to know. Shame.

Louis Coetzee needs to explain to investors why Kibo has a market cap which may as well be zero and has become this negligible value during his inclusive tenure as CEO. It’s a simple question and if he was honest he would take some responsibility instead of ignoring the dire situation in such an arrogant manner by corporate restructures to raise funds with placings which will never generate revenue.

Louis you are CEO of a company which on the face of it and as a result of your presence at the top is worth diddly-squat.

A clear as day failed entrepreneur.
