Kibo will need to find £7.5m at least from new investors - though I think LC will do this as he always finds them, but it still amazes me how LC has the ability to convince investors time after time that he’s selling snake oil but cannot for the life of him generate commercially viable revenue.

Essentially they’re getting shares at 0.5p in today’s money BUT they’re getting £10 million quids worth.

The asset is not worth anywhere near that so expect the share price post consolidation to dump hard. They won’t care too much if their £10m becomes £5m as even £5m is too much.
