It's got all the hallmarks of a failed business. Any respectable (probably doesn't even have to be respectable) investor will undertake due diligence and straight away see that Kibo's once flagship asset the infamous MCPP is now worth about as much as a packet of prawn cocktail crisps despite millions of pounds spent on it. Use that outcome as a benchmark for future projects and there you go.
