Mushinge,
You are sadly your own worst enemy!
This will be the Options in question:
hxxps://www.arcminerals.com/news/rns/rns-details/2022/Arc-Minerals-Limited---Grant-of-Options/default.aspx
"Further to the Settlement Agreement as first announced on 18 February 2022, the Company announces the grant of options to the claimant parties over 3,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company ("Share Options") with an exercise price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share. The Share Options are exercisable immediately and will expire on 31 March 2024."
Options clearly indicates an expiry.
Your financial acumen optics are of your own making - personally classifying you as extremely poor.
You also sold Arc shares to Stone Creek Global Ltd. Not fully understanding the exotic derivative on exchange.
Proverb of the boy who cried wolf.
Https://www.mining.com/anglo-american-copper-assets-worth-35-billion-report/ Zambia could add a lot of growth to Anglo's share price.
It will obvioulsy take about 6 months before we really get any indication if they have hit the mother load or not in Zambia but I wonder if the news licences will have any Cobalt in them, looking forward to finding out where they are.

Interesting read especially about capital being available for good projects. The Anglo deal being one of the best in a long time.

Zen there is a lot to read in the rns its the longest one I have seen yet we need the deal signed and binding to get revs in to give them some cash. At Dec they had 5k's worth of cash. They have made the effort to cut wages and admin costs which defo needed to be done. But right now they need a few more million to keep going. So the question is where are the funds coming from a raise or a deal.

Will be interesting to find out what licences Arcm are looking at.
Wonder how many rigs Anglo will have when they get going in Zambia.

ShanglowJoe don't forget to sign up for the investor meeting tomorrow for all the facts.

He gave up being ned on the Arcm board and had over 200million shares, that is like ripping up a lottery ticket with a chance of millions. So I suppose that could breed a lot of hate over time. If he had any sense he would buy a few down here on the low before it really takes off. But as we know he isn't the sharpest tool in the box.
Basically as we know the results were rubbish, they need cash to keep going. And agreements to be confirmed as binding, its good that they are starting to gain traction with the banks but we need Banco White Label to be confirmed and then we might get more banks taking notice, still a long way to go to get any meaningful revenues in. And expect more dilution along the way.
I filtered the trolls a long time ago why waste time replying to people who just want to see a company go under because they were stupid enough to let their shares go. They have been hired to deramp and the funny thing about them reporting my posts is I will just post on Twitter to an even wider audience. I am all for balance and as a long, I am not singing the praises of NVS, mistakes have been made a long the way, we have had delays, but don't forget he did get a great deal with Anglo have to credit him for that, for me this is all about the Copper in the ground. You don't apply for LML's if you don't think you have something decent in the ground ask yourself why Mushy has upped his campaign this week right before a presentation it must be eating him up inside. We are now cashed up to drill Botswana. We are waiting on news on the new licences they have found. I am looking forward not backwards so good luck to all the longs if they hit a Tier1 or even 2 this share is going to do multiples. I think we all know the risks here as we are adults unlike some posting on this BB.

You know you are onto something when your posts are removed, think someone wants part of the Golden Goose.
I hope you all got your questions put forward for Thursdays presentation. Do make sure you register.
News due over the next few months
Survey results for Botswana
Drilling plan for Botswana
Drilling plans for Zambia by Anglo
Possible info on LML's
Possible info on targets identified for the new licences that they are looking to acquire.
You can see why the city wanted to have a part of Arc and the directors took advantage to load up as well. Gave us plenty of cash to crack on now.
Lets be honest everyone has had a chance to load up down here on the cheap but that clock is now ticking.
Roll on the news coming through over the next couple of months.
Shame Mushy and pal cough ( ShanglowJoe) sold all their shares and can't afford to buy back in. Karma and all that.
For modeling purposes, the weighted average value of a Tier1 deposit is approximately $2billion.
No wonder Nvs said Zambia alone could be a ten to 20 bagger. Can you imagine finding two TR1's, it would be life changing for some.
The Company will further update the market in due course once the first tranche of the IM Securitisation Programme is deployed and will share more information regarding the IM Securitisation Programme.
