According to Vistry's latest FY2025 results:

Forward order book: approximately £4.5 billion

Up from approximately £4.4 billion a year earlier.

Around 67% of forecast 2026 units are already secured.

In addition:

Vistry secured over £2.1 billion of Partner Funded contracts during 2025.

It added 12,599 new plots across 44 sites during 2025.

Management stated it has a substantial pipeline of future partnership opportunities linked to affordable housing programmes.

How Big Is £4.5 Billion?

To put that into perspective:

Vistry's annual revenue is around £4.2 billion.

Therefore the current order book is roughly one year's revenue already in the pipeline.

The world uses 100+ million barrels PER DAY. So IEA is releasing about 3 to 4 days worth. Oil prices are likely to go up.

Stan, I agree . Its just an overreaction. Even if SAF charges are applied the airlines can cover the cost with £1 - £2 per seat fare increase. back to £14+

Looks like the talks have ended on a positive note with next step to document agreement in detail. So no war (at least for now) .

Also hard push also on Russia - Ukraine to end war.

Should be good for airlines and markets.

Hi Stille, It looks like Frank may have a point. Even in the UK it may be questioned. So we will have to abandon that idea. It seems like big boys are allowed to manipulate share as they like.

For maximum impact is first think in the morning (8:00 UK time). so the earliest we could start would be tomorrow morning. with large buy volumes the share price would rise sharply causing shorters like JP Morgan to buy (cover their shorts) which should push the price up even further. Remember (a quote from someone - can't remember who) "shorter are commit buyers" once the price starts rising sharply they have to jump in and buy quickly. Also we must buy in small chunks (lots of small buys) and not just a single buy . So keep buying at short intervals , depending on your capacity.

Also it gives us time to get the word out to as many people as possible on as many BBs (discussion boards) .

everyone communicate this idea to all BBs and your contacts as soon as you can today. So everyone has time to digest/think about the idea the idea.

(if shorters like JP Morgan get to know about this they may even start closing their shorts now).

Let do this . It is time for us retail investors to take control and drive rather than be manipuated by the the shorters.

It has to start from somewhere and then the numbers will grow. We set a time for everyone to start co-ordinated buying , communicate to as many BBs as possible. Anyone interested ?

I wonder if here in the UK we all could co-ordinate and start buying Wizz air (even small amounts) , just as they did to GameStop in the USA, and really squeeze the shorter, especially JP. The GameStop share price went from $20 to $500 in days. How would that be ?

This is a very big deal as many Muslims travel from UK to Saudi throughout the year.

March and the 2/3 months following it ill be extremely busy in 2025 and 100,000s UK muslims travel to Saudi for Hajj.
