Where is 11:59am BST stated? Newcrest press releases state 11:59pm on the 11th, doesn't state if its Sydney time or New York.

Goit, how on earth is it misleading? Page 2:

"Havieron is a Greatland discovered, tier-1 foundation asset which is being developed under a joint venture with Newcrest Mining Limited (Greatland 30% / Newcrest 70%)"

Come off it.

Another hair split. Also only costs us 30% to develop, therefore all relative.

Have done a bit of digging. We have referred to Havieron as a Tier 1 Foundation Asset in every presentation since the Bell Potter one in February of this year. My bad.

So if it doesn't fit the classification of a Newcrest Tier 1 mine, does it fit the classification of a Newmont Tier 1 mine? I think hairs are potentially being split. Greatland have stated it is Tier 1, and that is what matters as that is the company we are invested in.

Shaun is always calculated, concise and careful in his wording. He wouldn't have put that in the presentation without the consideration required.

Poopy, we have just classified, officially, Havieron as a Tier 1 asset. Now we may have done that before, and I could therefore be wrong, but I can't recall it. Now the question I have, if my assumptions are correct, is what data do we expect to see to factually call Havieron "Tier 1"?
