Even if its only this.....

'AAOG are happy to confirm their guys are getting an awesome autumn tan in the Brazzaville sunshine. Work continues.'
I agree. Curious - why are you here? You seem to state som many things as fact when really it is just your opinion. Facts I can handle. Your opinion, well so far its a little excited and off the the mark. Are you one of those guys who talks just a little too fast who gets grumpy when people don't listen? Is that why you say exciting things? To get the attention.
Some recent comments....
When talking about JB and DS you said...Between them, they own the entire share capital in ATOG.
They don't. Thats a fact. It is own by another company and THAT is owned by them. It might seem pedantic or like a minor detail but to me its a fact.
You said....
'Precisely. If you assume that there is no bad news on the way, then there is no reason DS would have resigned, and no reason he would have been forced to resign. So there is bad news on the way. We don’t know what it is, but it is on the way.'
There could be a million reasons why DS went. he might have used the photocopier too much for private stuff, he might have flatulence in the office (that is different to factulence which you have)...it could be loads of things. You do not know though. So you started with 'you assume' and finished with a statement of fact - 'it is on its way'.
Plus your stuff that cmcc has highlighted about holdings etc.
Anyway, chill out. Stick to facts that you know are true. State opinion if you have to.
The point is that there are some on here that might know more that they let on. For example some of us go to AGM's. I did. Did you? I don't think so as they were no fast talkers there.
J
end of bell.
Lonely. There are websites for that.
At the AGM I specifically asked him about that and he said it was a genuine error.
ATOG is a dormant company. It was formed in case they found another asset. They didn’t find one that fit the bill so the project was retired. That was cleared up ages ago.
Am very pleased to hear it.
May all your assessments come true.
Tomorrow is another day closer to the price on this bad boy zooming.
Tiburn -
please don't worry - not a stalker! If you use Twitter can you follow me? BBloke.
Thanks
J
Skittish please be careful.
DS and JB will be reassessing their plans now and everything will be delayed by three months. Obviously we will blame you and the rather meticulous research. Do you own a satellite??
J
Tiburn - are you on Twitter?
I don't know the answer but TT may well do. My layman's guess is that it's a time saving exercise. So when the rig does arrive there is little dead time - is the isolation plug is easier to manage/remove when the rig arrives vs getting the rig in place and doing the job then. The daily cost of the rig is expensive but also, getting the rig for November might mean it has to be ready for another job in Jan or Feb so getting as far along as possible is good vs waiting till 2020 to start.
All guesses...no oil experience, just life.
I think the words are selected to make it clear that they are moving forward but this is irrespective of any rig appointment. i.e. a rig-less operation.
You reckon?
Good news indeed. If only we had confirmation of the other bits like the licence and SNPC payments....
Yes. I know.
Agreed. And maybe some nice Dircetors buys as well to top off all the good news. Fingers crossed I guess.
Directors buys starting??
David said to me he would buy at the AGM. I believe him.
Flame me if you like but when it goes live that he did buy then I will accept apologies on a postcard.
Evening all
Kicking back and considering things I have settled on my predictions for tomorrow. FWIW I have a chunky holding at about 8p average but that includes a good chunk at 15p. I do not think we will get any gangbusters news tomorrow. I think tomorrow is mainly a dotting and crossing exercise but I think/hope/pray that we will get an RNS (before the GM) that will give a serious clue to the future. If pressed I would go for the licence. The Mexican stand off about licence and share, SNPC payments and rig and drill plan is all held based on the licence IMO. I just don't think they could commit to drilling costs without the comfort of the licence. So, get the licence sorted and then the payments and %age will be sorted and then the duck are in a line.
Ref shares DS expressly said to me at the AGM when I asked him about share purchases - he said he and James will buy. In reality, them buying is purely a PR exercise as they don't need to. Get the oil flowing and the SP hits 20p and they share a couple of million shares payable in stages based on BOPD - all for free. Them buying 10k, 25k or even 100k of shares now would prop us the SP for a short while but it is small beer really. There are two directors who own share publicly (i.e. they bought them the way we did) so I will be keeping an eye on those numbers - Cane and Moritz. Moritz bought at IPO FWIW so maybe 30p.
Thats my little prediction. Nothing massive tomorrow so no big SP change but a big clue to progress is my guess.
Would be nice to hear on Monday that the 300k buys were DS and JB.
Anyone on here going to the GM?
I cannot go to this one.
Sanctimonious end of a bell. 'I did anticipate 3.5p'. Do you actually want to be brave and forecast something meaningful.
And blocked.....
