The bottom line is that Waheed has the vision.
Maybe he entered India a couple of years early, but
in that time he has invested £70 million in creating
the product (name), platform, technology &
logistics.

Hopefully the hard work has been done. The tie up
with Future Group is massive & not even factored in
to futu re reve n u es/ g rowth .

It is clear that the hybrid model is the way forward

now.

The reaction of the 20 something year olds across
social media in India totally blew me away. Koovs
really have created a niche brand with a loyal
following. It's the brand to be seen in.

Can see exponential growth from here which will
hopefully be reflected in the share price.

Amazon news next week, more store openings & a
decent forward looking statement could see this at
50p by end of year ; )

I have great faith in Lord Alli, he's an astounding
entrepreneur. Nobody gave him a chance with ASOS
when it hit 4p. now it's GBP 7011 He didn't give a
hoot then & he couldn't give a hoot now. He is in
advanced negotiations with new & existing
Investors.
Will be interesting to see who the new guys are!!!

Had an interesting chat with a business associate
of Chairman Lord Waheed Alli who asked me if I
thought that he was too bothered when the share
price of ASOS fell to4p (now GBP 75) & ONE OF
THE MOST SUCCESSFUL COMPANIES IN THE
HISTORY OF AIM!

K00VS is making a pretty good name for itself in
India- just look at its social media presence. Alli will
put it up there with Myntra et al, let us hope that it
does not get bought out too early!

I did say the lazy toss pots would argue rather than go check with the company.... I was right.

Waheed has paid for over 43 million shares.... THATS A FACT.

Email the company!! They will tell you!! Its no wonder you got burnt in the early days with your complete lack of knowledge about india and the market!! You thought the time to get in was 5 years ago but it was to early.... Now is the time....

He has taken no shares free.... All purchased!!!

Glen they have paid nothing, the shares dont exist yet, its just an option to buy, so once matured if the share price is say 50p and the option price is 17p they would buy the said amount at 17p and be instantly in profit.

Putney you have regularly stated waheed has put in over 20 million... You even stated 70 million recently.

I have contacted the company and found out his exact investment up to now, this is just the cost of his shares and not time invested though, i cannot share it here as i have agreed with robert purcell that all of his emails to me will remain private, feel free to contact him though amd stop relying on me.

I'm aiming for £l a share for a nice retirement.

Harriman & Co reckon this could be a Billion pound
company & that was BEFORE the massive tie in with
Future Group was announced. That would give
nearly £3 a share.

To be honest, if they get it right & it reaches £l , then
that could just be the start!!

Glen have you read how share options work? They are not given for free they have to be purchased... Unless the share price is higher than the option they will just be cancelled.... Bare in mind mary is relying on hers massively since her huge paycut

All i would say to anyone here that is genuinely invested (which is probably 3 people including myself, a lot of genuine investers dont post anymore as this has become the news advfn) is to research what Waheeds average price is, i believe there will be a take over and guarantee waheed will not be taking a loss!! Waheeds average is higher than the bods option prices of 17p and if you want its easy to find out.

A few weeks ago pascha was saying indians shop at local tailers.... Now they shop at asos apparently.... That was a quick transition

I dont ignore it, its just a formality exactly the same as it was in the first round which completed successfully just the same as this one will.

The reason i posted the description of subscription agreement is because nobody here knows what it means from what i can see! that includes pascha who thinks its just an opportunity for them to take shares should they wish - its laughable the amount of lies that share bashers will make!

I have never seen so many "holders" that are so negative with not one good thing to say... It would be insane behaviour if they were in fact genuine holders.... I dont believe they are insane and i dont believe they are holders either.

Koovs have agreed to sell the shares and flf have agreed to pay 15p and that is what will happen

And glen... Forget the 50p options... The 17.7p ones are the ones that matter!!

And more importantly imo is Waheeds average price... That tells you a great deal about where you need to be.

A Subscription Agreement is a promise by the company to sell a given number of shares to an investor at a certain price, and an agreement by the investor to pay that price.

As said many times before, the prices flf are paying were agreed when the share price was 5p, biyani was happy to agree to pay 10p and 15p when koovs was at 5p, more importantly the mcap was 6 million when flf agreed to pay 6 million for what is now 16pc of the business, the mcap is now 30 million and he will be paying 10 million for another 13 percent of the business...

At some point all of you complete fools that believe any crap pascha writes will all see the light, by the time you do see the light i will have done very well amd will be smiling to myself.... So far in my koovs journey eveything pascha has said wouldnt happen has happened and pascha will continue to be wrong

You clearly stated flf at that time were selling their 10p shares to make their secon batch cheaper (even though the price was already agreed at 15p in July so it would be pointless for flf to try and drop the price)

You also clearly stated 50p by December just gone and 100p by April, with this floating at 8p it seems those prices were just a fantasy ramp based on nothing?
