Right putney, if you are serious about sitting infront of the bod of koovs why not call an egm with your friends that are large holders, we need private holders with a total holding of 10 percent to call an egm

Im currently up to about 3.8 million shares so thats over 1 percent of the shares and i am happy to move forward with others that want to do so...

Here are all the dates for koovs past updates, this is to give a bit of perspective with regards to the posts about koovs delaying updates etc, some years there are more updates than other thats just the way it is, one thing worth noting is that koovs actually updated the market LESS while the business was in RAPID GROWTH MODE in the early years, the last 3 of the 6 month updates have always been in december although they call it interim results on most of them them they do call in a 6 month update on another but they are all a 6 month updates and always in dec (except in 2014 it was nov) , im sure someone was trying to say that they have delayed it in the past which is just lies.

2018 is obviously the odd year out as the business was searching for funding but ended up with best possible partner in flf.

Koovs have updated on average 4 or 5 times per year generally.

You need to relay all these messages to the cfo, you think its pointless but i promise you its even more pointless posting it here....

Koovs do always report within aim rules, it doesn't matter if we think thats enough or not

Brokers do NOT speak to private investors, they clarified this when i called them direct...its not their job to.

Koovs will and do answer emails, i am able to get regular communication from Robert Purcell.

You should go by the most recent rns for any holdings.

Had a chat with similar web today regarding their packages for keeping up with web traffic and other bits and pieces, i was hoping to view more historic koovs traffic to see what last December's traffic was like against the 3 million for this december etc etc, their basic starting package is 12000 dollars paid up front!!

All i can suggest is any of you that use the free service should do a print out every month and keep it in a collection so that you can look back in a years time or 2 years time even, you can do it for any company you are invested in and im sure it will be helpful...

Are killing this share price, one is uncertainty and the other is silence...

If you want to see what uncertainty does to koovs just look at December 17 to March 18

If you want to see what happens when the uncertainty and silence is removed then look at March to June last year...

If you dont believe koovs will make it then sell up or dont buy in!

The news willcome eventually and my bet it it will be to say flf have completed their second purchase at 15p combined with a trading update of some description

All of the above get 4 to 5 percent of their traffic via social media.... The main chunk of that 4 to 5 percent is utube as well.

Yeh its interesting to look at, somebody said a while back why bother with advertising credits if social media is doing so well, i said at the time that social media is all well and good but you simply cannot beat proper advertising like tv etc..... Captive audience!

Im going to check out boohoo and asos for social media traffic percentage

Had a little dig around on similarweb today to run through some figures

13.1% of koovs traffic comes from social media

If you look at that 13% as a whole its made up as follows...

73.5% facebook
24.6% utube
0.6% whatsapp
0.35% instagram
0.26 twitter

Myntra which is ranked number 1 has very similar figures to koovs (ranked number 4) from social media traffic

Also myntra was up 50% for web traffic in dec just like koovs but when you look at a 6 month period myntra is only up 18 percent from its previous high where as koovs is up 37 percent from its previous high so koovs is definitely gaining more than all the others in the top 4 list!! The other 2 company's is the top 4 also had traffic increase for December but it was tiny compared to koovs and myntra

Im pretty sure that koovs was ranked number 13 in the retail website list for India around july/aug/sept time so to be ranked number 4 now is pretty damn good

With the 13 percent of traffic coming from social media you start to realise just how much traffic comes from advertising and why the deal with Ht media was so important, a few people were under the impression that the ht media deal was a waste of time but i think its quite the opposite!! Pre paid advertising credits at a discounted rate is just what we need!!
