Won't be long and the amazon/flf deal will be done imo....
Flf the BIGGEST retailer in India is buying 29.99 percent of koovs yet one moron with a 7 post history thinks he knows more!
Must be more returded than greybird!!

So many uninformed liars on this chat, hows your sosander doing sr?!
Average Indian spends over $300 not bloody 50!!
INDIA CURRENTLY HAS 290 MILLION ONLINE SHOPPERS....
India has Over 700 million internet users..... The uk has a population of 66 million.... Do the maths....
Its a fashion label with a tiny market as well putney.... This has a market in the 10s of thousands where as koovs has a market of 700 million Indians
I dont know where this 28 million figure comes from? 2010 maybe??
This year there are 290 million online shoppers in india and its set to get to 360 million next year..... Compare that against the uk population of 66 million and the market size becomes clear...
The Indian market is bigger than the american and european markets put together....
Greybird is the new expert on india and koovs..... He didnt bother with the egm mind you..... Melon
he Indian fashion industry is estimated to be worth approximately $70 billion of which e-retailers share at $4 billion is comparatively small, this number is certainly expected to swell after this budget and grow considerably over the following years. Put plainly, when this budget and subsequent budgets put more disposable income in the hands of consumers it will lead them to spend more. Such a budget is expected this year as India is gradually becoming a consumption-driven economy
Wasnt paul scott ramping the shlt out of this very limited market business??
The bloke has no shame.
Hi Bentley! At the EGM we were told no trading update by the cfo, there seems to be no urgency with the bod of koovs which is very annoying!! They seem to be detached from the share price and realty?!
No worries... Takes 30 seconds
Are you on twitter chinner?
The agm should be sept/oct i think... You going master?
Master, we are no longer invested in a faceless company.... Meeting the ceo and cfo has made a big difference.... I would suggest everyone that can attend the agm later this year to do so....
This flfl deal that is now a "done deal" with a blended average of 15p says that flfl value koovs TODAY with an mcap of 65 million quid.....the actual mcap today is 27 million..... Fill your boots!!
Flfl are massively excited about the potential of koovs in India.... The ceo of koovs meets Biyani every time she is in India (every other week).... When a man worth 2.7 billion makes time to see you that often it means something!
3 stores opened and working well...
5 more being opened....
Possibly more stores to follow maybe?
Diamond..... We need to see the cash at bank in the preliminary results which are due out august/sept....
My guess is that they will have 12 to 15 million in tge bamk currently plus the 6.8 million due off flfl very soon, they also have the media with HT MEDIA....
They certainly wont need money in 12 months thats for sure...
They are legally bound as it is oart of the original agreement with the 8p and 28p shares....
At the meeting yesterday it was stated that flfl have always wanted to own 29.99 percent wgich is the maximum permitted without a takeover offer....
Koovs are bound by the uk takeover and mergers code
ENGLISH IS THAT U ON TWITTER YEH?
Yes indeed we did shake hands bloodshot!!
Its quite ironic that throughout out hatred for each on lse we have alot interests incommon lol!!
The reality is i now see how putney was pushed to those levels of frustration with the company....
Meeting the management was a very important part of this investment.... Its there for the taking and India is on the verge of the Internet buying revolution!!
I rarely post here now as there is not a lot here, there are a few genuine investors like yourself but it only takes one or 2 cretins to destroy and progress on the chat..
We have about 12 genuine investors that chat on twitter... Get twitter set up and join in!!
Yes, the market in India is huge, the problem has been getting Indians to shop online, the big boys like Amazon are breaking the door down though and we are following them in... Some very successful companies have been built by following the big boys and picking up the crumbs...
The stores koovs have opened are helping out as Indians like to touch and hold a product before buying.... People ard looking in koovs stores and then ordering online...
