Looking forward to seeing this SP rise over the next 2 years. If it doesn't perform well over the next 2 years then you are getting a 20% return from today, if share prices stayed the same, if you choose to cash in your chips. What's not to like about that?
India over the next 10 years will be an interesting place to invest, if you can get your selections right the returns could be substantial. Share prices have stagnated and fallen over the last 10 years but this won't continue IMO.
As previously said, the main shareholdings aren't too heavy and with a doubled up investment team that can only be positive, surely.
With the talk of a return to a small amount of inflation in emerging markets, this should start to improve the outlook for some of the holdings.
Valuation post by Lunsam not by myself just to be clear.
Thanks
Not quite the response I was expecting but please let me reply to some of your issues and from what I believed.
No I think they will IPO at a price between £29.22m-£36.5m. I did say, although maybe not very clearly that I thought there would be a 20-50 percent increase but you may have better data. Now this is something that I'm sure you won't share but sounds like you're upbeat on the price.
I will review info on PH because by the sounds of your response I have missed something important, you obviously don't want to give up your research which is a fair point.
I ask about the delay just as a coming together of what people have found. I have my own thoughts but basically wanted to get others ideas, you've decided this isn't warranted.
Now, you have highlighted something that I previously overlooked. From Messi's messages I believed I had read that he bought them in 2018. Having looked back through I can no longer see a message saying this so I may have written that down incorrectly. The reason I say this is because on the 07/03/19 there was only 1 shareholder with 66667 shares. Since then that person no longer exists on the most up-to-date CS so they sold out. They may have bought them after but then again they may not be who they say they are. For the record I'm not him in disguise but that's your view.
Our SP is warranted on just the GGP holding and cash in hand alone but that wasn't really the point in my post, for anyone else please see a previous post for a fairly accurate Primorus valuation. Happier now RBK?
Betterupthandown, if they do sell some GGP shares and take profits. Maybe to buy further into Truspine at IPO if they like what they see?
Hi all,
New here but have been reading the board for a long time. Had a few questions so decided to make an account.
Still have my Primorus holding but have thought about selling a few times, especially when you read about people having issues with companies we're invested in.
Does anyone know if Peter Houghton left the company on his own accord? Was he given his 1.5million shares or did he buy them?
Just worried he was at the company for 2 months, didn't like what he saw and left?
Also, I've seen in older RNS's dating back to 2018 that we were going to float on AIM back then (didn't have shares at the time) but are only now floating on NEX. Anyone know why the long hold up?
Hoping that we'll get some info on IPO price soon. To get initial investment back we'll obviously need it to float at a market cap of £24.35m. Now for people in the know, potentially VTF, being the wife of a Primorus director and making the investment in mid to late 2019 - early 2020. Along with many other smaller private investors, have they invested to make a quick 20-50%? If yes, there will probably be some downward pressure on the share price for a short period, maybe a chance for Primorus to invest at a good price if they do believe in the company's future.
Finally, Messi, seems a very strange carry on. Announcing how many shares you have and when you bought them means you can only be one person with initials JB. To be such an early investor and not to have had contact with Truspine in the last 2 years if true doesn't reflect well on you or Truspine with how you go about your investments and how they treat shareholders. Just don't see why or how you'd lie about being who you are when it's the sort of thing surely LSE would have to look into if someone reported you for manipulation?
Thanks all, hopefully some of you get the time to reply to some of my questions.
