Hello. I have been watching this for a while but not for the last month or so. Anything I should know please? Are there any result through soon? I’m guessing the placing went through ok?

HBs in UK been taking a hit for the last week but obviously they will bounce back. All the market falling for some time now though. I feel we are due a bull rally again, maybe on more positive vaccine news.

43 billion dollars was generated at the box office in 2019. 20 billion dollars of that went to studios, distributors, producers. That’s 20 billion, quite a lot of money there. This is not an amount you throw away overnight. It’s a massive cash cow before the movies get to DVD, TV etc.

Movies have been going straight to TV for 20 years, this is NOT something new. It will keep on happening. More so during covid because the producers did not want to wait for the cash, its business after all.

Cinemas are not going anywhere, I’m. It worries about that. There is too much money involved to remove them from the screening process where they are at the top.

Im pretty sure some of CARDs rise was the bull rally to 9th June with the market? Could be wrong though? Yeah they’ve scared us alright. I guess things just will get back to normal one day. Even if there is a slight second wave. Let’s hope the US can get their sh**t together soon.

Evening. The problem I have is we are kinda presuming the SP will rise as Cineworld opens its doors here. Which I feel it a might do little on the way to opening. But I’m looking at MKS and CARD to name just 2 shops that are open and have been for some time. Their SP are not flying I’m afraid, it’s just not happening. They did rise in anticipation it appeared though.

Orms, that’s it I think. We’re are still in a bear market. Things got a bit livelier last week on vaccine hope but now the markets are spooked again.
