This stock swings like an amplifed version of the ftse250 chart

I dont doubt it's undervalued ByeHI and dont disagree with anything you've said (and am also down plenty with a similar thesis). But in an Era where SPCX is in the trillions with barely any revenue, i think it's more apparent than ever that rationality and fundamentals need to be combined with a public CEO who can convince the market of the stocks value. Granted over a long enough time horizon it growing revenues would lead to a revaluing, that could be accelerated if the CEO was charismatically talking about the company publically, dropping the 'AI' buzzword left and right etc.

Though in perhaps good news for Future, for my own companies large website, the trailing 90 days have stagnated in the bleed that had been occuring due to Google AI search for many months, so perhaps a true bottom has been hit in that realm.

Short % slowly increasing again. Not sure what they're seeing that retail investors arent with such a low valuation.

I think taking the loss and selling goco may be the best way forward for them. I've noticed at my own company organic web traffic is down 10% just the last 30 days, and down 45% in 12 months, despite maintaining the 1st search result position throughout as people really just use the AI analysis instead of clicking on links now. It's a "small" website with just below a million visitors a year, so probably not something I can extrapolate to Future, yet i'm aware in the industry how hard others are hit, with the only largely unaffected websites being apps where tools are used and text output wont suffice. But what I dont understand is why FUTR falls when other things like Reach climb, and the only thing I can imagine is instead of using cash for further acquisitions in a dying media model, they should instead start paying a larger dividend. They could easily match RCH's 12% at ToW with their FCF for years.

I do think they should try and dispose of certain assets pronto, (perhaps with the BoD purchasing some shares) - one can dream.

I do wonder if there'll be a sharp raise this week as the recent increased shorts all close out after this drop

Does the >10% fall since open imply they're forced to give another statement tomorrow?

I know fundamentals matter and hopefully there's some kind of reversion to the mean for the P/E in terms of valuation, but this stock is making a generational bag holder out of me 😂

I could see it; such a high dividend is a showstopper keeping the price from falling too much (would only increase the already crazy high dividend), and that's especially valuable in a time of market uncertainty. Good time to not be in growth stocks and instead park in cash printers.

I think the problem with this/other similar stocks like FUTR is revenue is in a slow consistent decline, which isnt great for future valuation; you cant really cut your way to growth and google is killing organic web discovery with its AI synopsis', something more needs to be done and i'm hoping their gambit to get 75000 subscriptions by EoY will work/make enough of a revenue jump. I'll remain in anyway, Deutsche bank analysts seem to think 175 is a reasonable 12 month target.

I think if their revenue also starts growing, there will be a frenzy to price that in; so here's hoping for good news in may & beyond. Also in this long term.

Market sentiment is all that's needed to keep a stock low with this floating volume in the medium term tbh, I dont think there has to be any hidden flaw with the company we've all not discovered yet. Eventually it'll correct, and this would seem to be the ideal time to buy. Tesla has been overvalued for a long time through sentiment alone at a much larger scale completely ignoring any fundamentals. Also seeing these exact same discussions playing out on other small cap 300-600m FTSE stocks i'm watching (on this very site, also convinced that its their BoD)

Good news today with MONY, so the online comparison part of the business was resilient, and the AI fears were far overdone in their case. Next thing to look for is £RCH earnings early march; if the online magazine sector is also doing well for them, further good tailwinds for FUTRs earnings in may.

I'll keep piling in for the next few months as the valuation still seems insanely low.

MONY has results on monday, and if the AI fears are overblown for them/results look good, and they see a sharp raise, I think FUTR will pump too due to the similarities (gocompare etc)

Just discovered this stock by checking stocks with growing short interest, and I also cannot comprehend the valuation; they're printing piles of cash and have had a minor negative revenue trend the last couple of years, yet the SP has collapsed and by any metric I can find seems to be hugely undervalued.

I dont know anything about the company so dont read into anything I say, but it seems like the BoD are running things in a fairly boring (yet stable and competent!) way. The only things I can think of would be a lack of defensive pricing action (i.e the BoD buying a lot more shares at this price), or maybe even more dramatic purchasing of shares to cancel.

I took a position today and will hold for the forseeable due to the plain/obvious growth factors.
