Why have you structured the listings so that aim holders votes against are not counted?

I think it would be a good idea if we compiled a list of real questions for him to answer on this site seeing as he chooses lse as one of his broadcasters.
If he chooses to ignore the list of questions compiled on the very site he promotes himself on it will speak volumes.
If however he does answer some real questions then he might restore some credibility.
My questions would be
1. Why have you tried to pitch your diversification strategy as “free hits” when it’s obviously not free and the strategy actually leaves dilutive concern over SP?
2. You say that you award yourself options to compensate for lock in periods etc, why do you award yourself close to a million quids worth of options annually when the real amounts you would purchase are much smaller? Why are these options that are awarded to you by you disproportionately in your favour vs your holders?
3. Most of us think your performance as CEO has been terrible. You say things about the market cap such as “market doest care”. Are you actually aware that as CEO of an explorer it’s your job to sell the story to the market so that it does in fact “care”?
4. Can you justify your payrise without using inflation as the sole reason?

Honestly speaking I only have 162k shares that I bought as a bet (couldn’t call this an investment with voting restrIctions) but I would just love him to be made to answer real questions. I might just go to the AGM for a laugh and to try and make him squirm.

BT - agree that this could move Painfully slowly from here. Over 3 years Brad will earn over 500k in salary alone. That’s without the hugely disproportionate options package he gifts himself annually (bout a million a year)

I’m in no rush to buy this drop because he’s put out the early stage data now and newsflow looks sp**** for a while.

Maybe an opportunistic bid for the asset will occur but I’m clutching and I doubt it.

Very very disappointed with Omi this year and my expectations were modest.
It’s not even the fact that the SP is 7p again, its the fact that not even the holders who appear the most patient and knowledgable don’t appear to have a clue what’s really going on.
Even TPI the house don’t appear to have an accurate note.
Are the terms agreed already? If not why the silence?
If the terms aren’t agreed why have they paid 2 mil?
Is the 2 mill refundable if terms can’t be agreed?
