Would everyone recommend selling before (possible) consolidation or holding? I’m in it for the long term so hopefully it can recover in the next couple of years. However, any decent profit and I’ll sell.
Any thoughts/advice?
Ok genuine questions, perhaps for ASI if his daughter isn’t watching pepper pig:
Majority vote is yes - SP drops, will there be a chance of recovery within the next 2-3 years? Would the bag of shingle (if it turns up) still make a difference after consolidation? It’d be nice to be invested in a company with no debt I guess, as long as it can still grow.
Majority vote is no - does the company go bust?
I don’t need doom and gloom answers, everyone has their own opinion but I want reasonable ones.
Jimmy2011 - we’ve got a big demand for these under stair units on new builds at the moment. It’s not something I do on site but definitely worth looking at big new build companies as they don’t install them.
Also, stair cupboards where the stair tread lifts up on a hinge are becoming increasingly popular and people pay big money for them.
