UTAS is RS company which did the DD, yes wasted money in the end for shareholders but at least Rob made a few quid and had a nice Christmas.

You can work that out by the amount returned from UTAS, was it about £200K? Not sure of the exact figure.

I don't think share holder value was at the top of the list of things to do or if it was even on the list. No doubt they gave it to the first unemployed person available.

So where was the MOU and what money were they going to use to seal the deal? I was a supporter of the old board and I would have liked them to have a bit more time before BMD and Coil got involved but the truth is they didn't have any money left to do any sort of deal.

The money was not used to bring in any assets or bring any value to the company, at the very least it has been mismanaged.

But you can't ignore the fact that the last BOD spent all the money and have nothing to show for it, how do you explain that?

But what did they spend the money on? Can you blame BMD Coil for that? No doubt you will.

How do you explain where all the money has gone? Yes we all know BMD had £50k but what do we have to show for the rest of it?

Can you not see why it has gone private and why the Nomad resigned? They were all milking investors, AIM rules meal fuk all anyway, they raised £800k and have nothing to show for it, the bod and the Nomad have obviously been lining their pockets.

Clem has a bigger public profile than the rest of the bank robbers and bod to protect, I'm sure he isn't dull enough to go fiddling the books, I will be putting a complaint into the FCA as LSE is not doing enough to stop investors being lied to and mislead on AIM. I think LSE has a lot to answer for and the current regulations do not do enough to stop out right fraud and directors being paid large sums of money for producing sweet FA.

Why do you even bother wasting your time here? The company is de-listed and share holders don't have any other choice but to wait and see what happens, I've personally written off my investment here and with only £275k in the bank we need some sort or miracle to happen.
