that £300k is sat in the bank as they have not spent it gaining DR 10% interest loaned in December, then they had a 875k placing in February. why not use the cash instead of dilution ???? that cash is sat in the bank with no risk to DR because he can ask for it back @ any time, gaining him 10% per annum interest, its called feathering your own nest imo.

year 1 £300k = £330k year 2 £330k = £363k year 3 £363k = £399.3k total on 300k loan £399.3k total profit on loan £99.3k

£300k for three years and get £390k back, unbelievable.

that does absolutely jack for the company. expect another placing soon and no other news for 6 months or so imo.

this would drop further and IMO it will continue to drift lower, might be worth popping out then popping back in at around .30p - .35p, I have been right on everything else so far.

just take some more @ .35p then sit on them for 2-3 years, you will either make a nice profit of lose the lot. atb ps you would not of listened to me back then either.

i only posted what has proven to be right, if you just wanted to buy and get other people to buy and get the price up to sell at a profit (quick trade) that's not my problem.

I only buy shares long term but it is still a gamble, but I don't mind waiting for years for a return if the gamble pays off and the get that permit. I just hope I saved some people money who held off buying at a SP that was too high imo

even though I got lots of abuse of posters on here @ the end of the day I was right, of course no one will say that though. the RNS says it all and that's why this will fall further, the only reason it has not fallen more is because you cant get a sell price it just goes to NT.

they will be gone if the permit is refused as they have no income but are a loss making company. next news will be a placing imo

it states not expected before next reporting which is full year results in 6 months, then towards the end of the RNS it says again MONTHS.

there would be no funding until permit. think this will only go one way now and that's down, no permit and they are finished imo

read back on my posts said @ 26p hold off buying will drop to 20p, oh I was right like here this will be .35p after further delays on permit or the truth comes out re DFS that it is in fact not so good.

Down 13.85% on google finance, maybe people are starting to realise.

they are facts, how can a company not inform shareholders and withhold the DFS news, people only hurl abuse when they know they are facts and are upset about choosing a poor investment.

have a different view to others they start getting personal (lets be honest) this company are poor with news, permit delayed 3 times (soon to be 4 times) cant issue the DFS because it is probably poor under the guise that they are showing it to a potential investor (yeah right) so current investors don't matter !!! they said ages ago that they were so keen to invest it was just a matter of dotting the i's and crossing the t's, it all looks like delaying tactics to me.
