MGC was the headline sponsor at the Cannabis Europa in London Yesterday and Today which I attended. Nicole and Roby were on stage throughout the two days and presented very well. I had the pleasure of meeting both of them in person along with other members of the MGC Team. It has been a resounding success, with great exposure for the company.

The amount of networking opportunities that both Nicole and Roby were involved in was amazing..

Sprinkler take a look at the last two treasury share cancellations, one in December and the other in March, Share Price took a nice upward trend after both announcements.

If they are cancelled, that's it they aren't going to be given to anyone for incentive/performance, so there isn't any chance of them resurfacing back on to the market.

The buyback looks set to continue till Mid June, already at 107million shares in treasury as of 9th May, a cancellation of 20m to 30m shares looks on the cards at some point between now and Mid June, this should help push the SP beyond 250. Fingers crossed.

Back in March, 29 Million were cancelled that were being held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 75 Million in Treasury.

The amount of shares held in Treasury have now gone over the 100 Million threshold again.

If we see another batch of Treasury shares cancelled this will no doubt propel the SP further upwards.

There is about roughly $75 Million left in the Share Buyback program, which I roughly seeing continued buying of Shares to be placed in Treasury for around 40 Days to around mid June.

UK Tax year deadline is 5th April, if you look at last year's director buys they were around late March, would not be surprised to see the same happen again.

Sousav that's not exactly how it happened. You made allegations that he was being paid by MGC to ramp without providing any factual proof to back that up. You then proceeded to send him abusive messages via private message to which you were rightly thrown out of the group.
