Free float in public hands is 24.9% . Who knows how many we all hold . Can't be many left out there .

If you said that with every AIM share . None would be in profit . March 2016 here and now not 5 years ago . Plus 400% over two or three days . Based on full financial results improvement .

I see this as a strong buy now because 1) The people and company's involved as magazine rich and will want to protect their reputations . 2) The last full financials March 2016 , showed big improvements and gave over 400% rise in SP . 3) Nearly 75% of KBE is held by a hand full of company's and individuals . 4) Real gave a INTREST FREE loan of over two million Euros to KBE to pay of a bank loan , the bank wrote of a huge chunk of the loan as part of the deal . This happend after the full finance results ! . 5) The Morris family are big in business .

One of the Morris family advice Real Property Investments . Who then buy a 6.4% stake in KBE , then gave KBE a € 2 million interest free loan to settle with the bank . They see value in KBE . Well found . I am struggling to track things with these rich companies and people ! . The bits I am finding are making me more confident . But that said I don't see this coming together over night .

The Morris family are involved according to the last paragraph of the RNS . I imagine that to be Andrew and Jack . Regarding previous comments when I last pointed this out ..... " That could be any Morrises " . An RNS is a legal financial news , which should be specific so mentioning the Morrises will mean a renowned financial family . Andrew and Jack . Do your research . That alone is enough to make this a strong buy .

A few days ago I was calling for suspension because a company coming out of suspension can give great results especially when it is backed by Billionares . So for me I would welcome suspension . Especially with so few shares available . But looks like I am not getting my wish . With interest free loans ! .

My logic said Real property giving a €2 million interest free loan to pay of the bank loan is a very possative sign as 1) that money could be earning big money else where . 2) Real must know there Millions are safe , something possative happening .

March 2016 RNS Real property invest . Gave a interest free loan of €2,164,000 to KBE to pay of the bank loan .... 1) RNS says KBE "agreed to receive" . Sounds like they didn't even ask just offerd , interest free !!!... 2) If KBE went bust Real could lose their 2 Million , why would they take such a risk ? . 3) All these huge company's are working together . 4) Billionaires working together the Morris family are huge . So big they employ some one to give some of their money to charities each year . Engel do huge charity projects . Etc etc . The doubters have finally convinced me this is a strong buy . The Billionares think so !!!!

Could any penny AIM company do that ? Don't forget to bring their shares down to less than 100 million when calculating . My advice to you in particular is sell and have a gamble on something you believe in . Ironicaly after advising you to sell I am now saying this is a hold in my opinion maybe even a buy .

My buyin was a gamble with little research ( to be honest ) . After all of Dans negative posting day after day and people patting him on the back .... I wrote my money off for a few days . But doing some research I now feel this could be a good gamble after all . The very same financial results Dan uses to condem the company gave over 400% Rise over two days in March . OVER 400% rise . They were a big improvement ( still not brilliant but a massive improvement ) and now we are going to improve them again ! .

We had the full year results recently and we climbed over 400% on the strength of them !?! . Starting to think my money is safe here .

Lots of support from big players Billionaires . If you thought a company was going bankrupt would you give it a interest free loan of €2,164,000 . Would you risk putting that money in ? How much interest could €2 million be earning any where else ? . Scratch my back and I'll scratch yours springs to mind .

1) At the moment 74.9% of shares not in public hands ! 2) 68.35% of the shares held by one organisation EGD ( Jacob Engel Billionaire ) . 3) No holdings RNS none of the RATs seem to be leaving the ship ! . 4) The final results gave a 400% rise recently ! 5) people still spending time trying to keep SP down ! . interesting facts , if this has another rally they will come out of the woodwork to stamp on it ! Why ? . I am gaining in confidence here day after day . Billionaires are Billionaires for a reason !
