Why sell at 2p . When we all seem to know what is happening .the Billionare consortium are going to buy out at year high ! . To use as a tax adjustment and keep the AIM shel .

If we Finnish Blue up 35% again , it will be looking like a rerate .

They want our shares now . Small spread we are used to 400% lol . The plan is out in the open .

So basically the charts are backing the theory up ! . Look is like things are lining up nicely .

The Billionaire consortium holding 75% of the shares have built up their holding without crossing the buyout point . Once they are ready they will need the main holder to buy more committing them to buy out at year high price . Won't be to dear only 200 million left to buy . Then they get the tax rebate for their sister company's and they also get a AIM she'll .

Not read it yet ... BUT if Zac is quoting 3p he must be looking at buyout by the Billionaire consortium that are currently holding 75% at year high price as per AIM rules .

Year high so far is over 3p . Will we spike over that before any takeover .

So few shares available and 75% held by the syndicate . Just over 20 million being traded . I have held mine , how many others are holding long term . Fingers crossed for another 30% rise .

One million more buys than sells today ! . Only 22 million shares between the normal investors . One million of those gone today ! . Are their actually any shares left in free float here ? .

Engel may be able to buy the lot as a consortium and use the tax right of for Engle . Time will tell .

Ironicaly it is because of it being worthless that people are still here , tax right off for a sister company but it needs to be bought out first . Year high price once a indevidual passes 30% holding . The MMs trying to shake us out for the Billionare !

74.9 % held by Billionaires and millionaires . About 22 million shares between us lot ! Out of the 22 million who knows how many hold 2.9% or lower . I am holding mine . If I see a holdings RNS from the Billionaire selling any that may make me think twice . Are their any shares actually available !?!

Going by past personal experience in AIM I think earlier " NICE " post could be correct . This has been manipulated and held back to protect the shorters .

My price 3.38p because that is year high for take over . 10p by others is value as tax right of for a sister company if bought out . Most of debt here will be sorted from mariner close down . My strong buy is based on 68% of available shares being held by either Billionaires or millionaires and no sign of them parting with any .

My guess is eventually one of the consortium will buy the whole lot . Be it Engel the Morris family or Eli Gabay or even the Gabay family . All the others will get the 3.38p or the new year high price . Not a bad short term investment .

GBES has 21.9% . Engel has 68% but involving others . Believe they need 30% on their own to be contracted to take over at year high price . So who will it be and when ? .

10p would be great and may be the value of the tax loss for the winning company . Not to mention a AIM shel in the bargain . BUT the company which can get the highest % to satisfy AIM rules and be contracted to buy the rest at year high price will get the rest for 3.38p . We may get a spike above 3.38p untill take over giving a new year high to buy out . The shorters are being protected yet again .......

The full results were a vast improvement giving over 400% rise . The first quarter results were a improvement on those as well . When the Mariner contract closes we will improve again . The Instatutions have built their positions . No sign of any selling from the Billionaires ! . Think the tide has changed here .

Billionaire Eli Gabay may want a construction company of his own to play with . Instead of sharing with the rest of the Gabay family . Lots of options here ...
