Just to follow up on my earlier post re Rylands. He had 4.29% holding two weeks ago. 1,494,246 shares. The rns today confirms he now has 1,686,603 shares which is 3.76% of the enlarged share capital. He has therefore added 192,357 shares in the last two weeks.

The company website shows he had 1.5m and the TR1 shows 1.7m?

HSBC has now disappeared from the significant holders section of the company website. I think that clears the situation up.

70000 share trade went through at80p but normal service resumed now I think.

If that is the case why have they significantly reduced their holding now?

I don’t think they can convert until the maturity date.

I emailed them yesterday as things didn’t look right. Got the same response as you this morning. They’ve only shaved the allocation by 1% though.

HL have told me I can call them and place an order with the excess funds and they will only charge the online price.

I am guessing Calculus are still selling it seems constant. Surely they’re not going the whole hog.
