UserSteve has only ever posted negative stuff on GDR, don’t be surprised it’s happening again. Why would this be? Has GDR offended him in some way?

Also re the costs the article says: ‘ To be sure, the court, in its order, asked the government to explore a way to reimburse private laboratories, although it did not pass any order to this effect’ so whilst private labs may do the tests for free they presumably have to buy them and will want reimbursement.
