Franky - he’s got to have a fair idea on AIHL considering he’s expecting first sales in the Autumn.

I've got 6 recommends for that post LTH14. I'm not on my own. If you're making assumptions and being abusive about me, I would suggest you work for the company then as diluting us further than the 28% we are already being diluted isn't good for me or any other average PI.

With the price where it is shareholders don't need to take up the OO. Full take up is a further c.18% dilution. I'd suggest shareholders just by now and forget the OO. JMO.

The II’s will be ok though. Mr Budd always did favour them.

BGF will no doubt be on the list. They dropped below 3% but I suspect they hung around knowing another opportunity might come. Well who knows.
I do know that we had to contend with 10m shares placed last year and then the conversions. Now we’re looking at 42m altogether.
The news better be good otherwise we’ll be stuck down here while the II’s etc take their profits.

Hendi2 - that partners update isn’t that old. Definitely wasn’t there around the time of the tie-up. Hope it means we’re seeing some traction now.

AIHL - from the half-year report:

‘Following launch we expect a number of early adopters, including those involved in the trials, to acquire the test to facilitate neonate testing and publications such as the recent Government guidance on the management of specific genetic mutation and their impact on hearing loss will help build awareness and users. Our next steps will be to work with key opinion leaders and paediatric bodies to get the use of the AIHL assays written into best practise guidance, at which point its adoption should become more standard across the NHS. In the longer term we will work to build a European and US market for a product that has equal applicability across the globe. The product remains on track for commercial launch in Summer 2021 and we expect this assay to be a significant pillar to the future of the Company.’

Hopefully all parties have had enough time now to coordinate efforts, and therefore the launch and first sales/orders are close. I think this’ll work differently to the Covid assay - there are lots of competitors for that.

Peel propping/keeping this up nicely today. Seem to want shares.

The UK has left the EU but some might say not Europe (e.g. the continent of Europe). I am wondering why a UK PHE lab is assessing our POC if we’re selling it elsewhere. Perhaps we’re paying them to do it.

When I asked Walbrook about the Beckman sales, they said the company would notify the market of material sales. Define that as you will but I don’t believe our test would have been on their site for 6 months if none had been sold or the take-up was poor.
