Sounds like a good decision to me. Due to the OO outcome, we’re 10% better off than we could have been.

Would like to think this will continue climbing over the coming days and weeks in anticipation of more news.

Should find out the OO take up tomorrow. I’m hoping for a low take up but you never know.

Can buy again just under the OO price. Did they mis-judge this offer or are they perhaps hoping their II friends will pick up a higher number of the OO shares?

Might see a nice change on Wednesday depending on the OO take-up.

I’m sure that if they actually needed more than the £6m placing they would have arranged more. This amount is sufficient for what they need to commercialise the 2 products. If they get more funds through the OO they’ll be able to take things even further afield.

This isn’t going down the pan if they only get £6m.

I can’t see the placing failing the vote. And if the OO isn’t taken up in full, that should be good for the SP as the placing discount (40%) seems to assume the full 40% dilution which will be less with a lower OO take up. They don’t need the OO to deal with their shorter term plans.

If you wanted the OO I’m pretty sure you had to say this week.

Could be from the recent exercise of warrants. Looks like 40% profit if so.

From a PI perspective, the OO is looking less and less of a good idea...

The 40% share price drop is in line with the potential 40% dilution. If the full OO doesn’t get taken up then we should see a tick up.

I’ve made it clear I’m not a fan of the OO but for balance, and I know the amounts perhaps don’t look huge for them, it does look like the Directors are after more shares than their basic 7:2 entitlements.

Just to share my understanding, I believe CE marking is a self-certification.

If they say they’re aiming for October I cannot see it coming sooner.

It’s the company being ‘kind’ letting us in on the same deal as the II’s. The problem is that there’s no real benefit in taking part when you can buy on the open market at virtually the same price. It’s actually worse for Pi’s overall taking the OO.

This is a crucial understanding for PI’s to have.

Of course if the price rises between now and the deadline to take up the offer, then taking up the OO would be understandable.

Each to their own though.

Interesting (or not) the inclusion of a 29.9% aggregate holding limit in the documentation this time around. Wasn’t the case last year but then again they knew who were taking most of the shares last year.
