Then the JV gets c.50% of the company overnight at a relatively low price and we move forward with them to exploit the assets with a view to full buyout if everything goes to plan.’

It maybe costs the JV partner 20p maximum per Anavio share. C.£60m to buy c. 50% of the company and its ASSETS (serious bargain?).

They also put money up front in the deal for future development and/or settling the debt. Helps them in the long run too as they’ll own a large % of the business.

Much like last weekend, many green box kids working overtime. Moved from 60% of posts last weekend to 80% so far today. Keep up the good work, your hard work makes me feel even more confident in my investment here. Hope we all do well.

It may be the bondholder has given JBER the new shares to sell. They’re hogging the ASK so very keen for buyers.

Looking back at one of LLP’s summaries it looks like anavio hold 45 of the 50 remaining bonds (assuming it’s not them this time).

And 7.35p to buy. Those recent red trades look like buys then.

Anavio holdings and now these large trades - buyout coming?

Now that they’re looking at the wider Wyoming assets it may make sense simply to just take copl out. Maybe that’s why the talks have evolved and its taking longer.

Whatever anyone thinks about the article and the date etc it’s clear Anavio aren’t against acquiring shares on behalf of another party. I’ve always thought it high risk them holding potential rights to such a large % of one company and wondered why they would do it. This is one possible explanation.
If they support the company with further funding I think that potentially takes them over 50% of the shares available (should they wish to convert). Maybe that’s something they’re happy to do, maybe it requires more thought.
If they are accumulating for another party I’d be surprised if it’s anyone other than the JV party (the JV party might not be very happy otherwise).

In the undertaking document Anavio appear to have acquired shares for another party - if I’m reading that correctly.
