Unfortunately with Mooky this is likely to be delayed as long as possible until the last possible second before an RNS is released, it’s as though he detests communicating anything with share holders.

Just look at the H1 results, he’s refusing to reveal them until September rather than the standard August.

The man’s communication is absolutely abysmal for someone in his position of a share holder owned company.

You seem to have the sheer arrogance to believe you’re the self appointed king of this board and nobody can disagree with you and if they do, you like to fire verbal insults at them.

The difference between me and you is I say it as I see it, was for a very long time a believer in this share and said so, I still believed strongly in it when I sold out, fortunately in hindsight, at 62p. However when they lost the court case my opinion on the share has changed and I believe it’s exceptionally high risk.

You on the other hand are a highly dangerous vile individual as all you do is ramp this share to the moon, belittle anyone who points out its risks and report posts that go against your narrative.

Others are allowed opinions on this board as well - as much as you’d like to be a dictator, you can’t be? Free speech and all.

This share needs something to spark, not only this board back into life, but also the share itself.

I love it being claimed he’s playing a clever game by not saying much to the markets due to the court case? This guys communication has be non existent for years during the pandemic, long before the court case. He’s been horrific.

The share needs an RNS saying something, regal dissenting share holders paid? Update on appeal? Update on YTD earnings? Literally something to create an interest.

Even on this board which used to be one of best by some distance on LSE, lot of great info and input from investors both for and against the share - all of which gave great info to form an educated opinion on it.

Now what is it? Literally like a film club with people chatting about what they thought of each film, how they were going to see top gun for the 7th time with their 2nd cousin this time? That’s what this board has become, useless and like a board for the amateur film critic.

You used to have NoFear giving brilliant analysis of the charts and investigations into going’s on behind the scenes - now what do you have? Cruis giving his review of every film he ever watches. Pointless.

I think you’ll struggle to find any investor who thinks he’s done a good job on communication with markets / investors from day 1 of the pandemic.

Regardless of whether you’re a ramper, deramper or somewhere in the middle - the one thing everyone should agree on is Mooky has done a horrific job throughout the pandemic and beyond.

His lack of communication, very minimal public appearances / interviews, nothing on social media and literally never an RNS unless it’s legally required.

For anyone to have confidence to invest it would be dramatically helped by clarity and regular statements or updates etc his complete silence for the main, is a complete shambles. Everything he does seems to be behind closed door, in murky waters and smoke and mirrors.

When was the last meaningful RNS or statement from him? Something to offer investors hope or at very least clarity?

Mooky is and has been nothing short of a complete failure in connection with investors and the markets.

The global markets sell off you speak off, has that been happening for last 12 months? As Cine has been dropping consistently for 12 months, month on month.

This company is on the brink of folding, burying your head in sand isn’t going to change that.

Mooky has been woeful throughout this pandemic, near on zero communications with markets and share holders - all he has done and continues to do is line his and his brothers pockets before the ship sinks.

Look at his and his brothers outrageous bonus they paid themselves last year, for what? Share price is about to go sub 25p and they feel they deserve a bonus.

They are taking as much as they can while they can and will let everyone else leave with nothing very soon.

Ideally I’d recommend investors look at a company that’s in a sound financial footing and not with a huge debt pile that it’s struggling to service and an appeal for a lost court case which will take a year to be heard hoping the original award is reduced as it will bankrupt the company instantly.
