abzzba all the panic selling with pfc but always somebody who wants to buy though,look at some of the big buys yesterday,tells me plenty of confidence out there.

Agreed bottled and i am guilty off alot of that,timing is the key i have been up big style on glen and pfc and not sold and not used stop's only to see profits blown away with recent corrections and bad news rns being released,i had a target pot of getting over 50k in my trading isa,been down to 40k only afew months ago and back to almost that 50k target through taking profit,now just over 3k off again.

yeah i got sucked back at to high a price and now paying the price,looks like a long road back,know what you mean though pure manipulation.
