If you don’t think Leaps value has gone Up because EDR has increased in value by $2.5 billion in less than a week, that is your prerogative . But I take a different view and we can just wait to see how it pans out.

Endeavor up to $30 today which is 25% up on the IPO price of $24 last Wednesday. I trust Leap is gaining at a similar rate during the last 4 trading days!

I’ve also been buying Guild Esports plc of late.Easy 30pct gain to 8p over next 4 weeks as we list in States.Subway was a stonking sponsorship deal #Gild #blu #Beckham.
Let’s hope he is right as it would be a good boost to BLU’s NAV to get back to the IPO price of GILD.

As you say nothing to get excited about. Even briefer than last year just the minimal form of accounts required for a company of its size. So no revenue figures. As they are not required to do any more they clearly can’t see any commercial advantage in publishing full accounts. I am sure they will divulge more information when they are going to raise more money such as an IPO. I imagine Derek knows the detailed financials as he and his team are working closely with Satoshipay.

Endeavor IPO on Wednesday day at $24 was trading after market on Friday at over $28 having added over $1 Billion to its $10 Billion IPO value. Very well funded now to pay a great price for FFWD’s 43% of Leap Gaming and secure control of a company that is vital to the future success of IMG Arena. I think they may act very quickly now.

I think you are wrong to say DL is only interested in esports.
The Vox Markets interview with Derek Lew in early March is worth watching both for Satoshipay and Esports. Derek makes it clear that he and his full venture capital team are hands on helping Dtransfer which is very positive . He is devoting time and resource to Satoshipay. He is also very bullish about the growth in Esports markets.
We all know the level of returns venture capitalists expect and Satoshipay is a good prospect. Indeed his latest investment NFT is also a blockchain investment.

I don’t think it either or it’s both. Perhaps the euphoria about Tanzania will rub off on AEX. HE1 is definitely very overvalued but AEX is definitely very undervalued.

No it wasn’t correcting due to a dilution it was a sale. The HE1 website says at 04/12/20 Oberon Investments held 21,242,083 shares. Today as per the RNS they hold 20,640,725. The percentages don’t tell the story it’s the actual numbers of shares that confirm it was a sale. A prudent act by an institutional investor after such a rapid rise of over 100% in a month.

If it’s sold the price will be based on the value of the gold not the current share price. After 10 years Jim and Mark would not consider anything below £2 at the very least and they probably want a lot more than that as production is so close.

The timescale to production could be faster if a lot of money is thrown at it. But Mark does not want to do that in order to minimise dilution. There is also the strong possibility that he is trying to attract a bid which would shorten the time line for investors to possibly weeks or months. I believe a sale has always been Marks preference.

I don’t know much about charts but the bare fact that this is up over 100% in the month of April and the market cap is now £100 million is quite something.

SatoshiPay has today announced that, in respect of DTransfer, it has signed an agreement with German Bankhaus von der Heydt ("BDVH") to become the first user of the bank's fully compliant euro-backed stablecoin ("EURB").



BDVH, in partnership with Bitbond, has introduced EURB on the Stellar network. Bitbond was responsible for the development and integration of EURB and BDVH provides its banking infrastructure and regulatory framework. EURB is the first fiat asset directly backed by a banking institution on Stellar and will allow instant money transfer on blockchain.



SatoshiPay intends to integrate EURB into its cross-border money transfer service. BDVH establishes a stable on and off-ramp for EURB transactions with instant EUR-based bank transfers within the Single Euro Payments Area (which comprises 36 European member-states). This will provide users with an easy solution to instantly send and receive euro-based payments.
