Quite agree. You just need to look at your own posts in 2020 for some pearlers.
Better check your tweets as well. You can delete them!

It will make no difference at all.
"We were delighted that the North Sea Transition Authority ("NSTA") granted its formal consent for the conversion of Horse Hill-2z into a water reinjection well. With both the Environment Agency and NSTA permissions in hand, UKOG can now further expedite its plans for produced saline formation water reinjection at Horse Hill, removing the need for costly transportation and disposal of produced water at third-party sites. We estimate that the removal of these costs would add around £250,000 net earnings to the Company per year and reduce the field’s carbon footprint. Planning consent currently remains in full force and lawful oil production at Horse Hill continues."
Despite what some PI's/clowns are saying that was what UKOG said AFTER "Finchley" took SCC to Court.
Why else would UKOG buy the horizontal pump back in mid '22 if they weren't going to use it?

Figures always speak for themselves.
"any shareholders holding fewer than 10 Existing Ordinary Shares as at 6:00 p.m. on 16 February 2024 (the "Record Date") will cease to be a shareholder of the ordinary shares in the Company. The minimum threshold to receive New Ordinary Shares will be 10 Existing Ordinary Shares."
I'll need to buy some to be able to vote at the AGM.
All the shares will be issued before the AGM to pay off the last tranche of the first £2m plus a bit of pocket money. Just depends on how the raise the cash is the big problem.
YA have done a good job in decimating the SP. Expect the same if they go down that route.
How the various web sites will get it right?
I wonder how many "stupid is as stupid does" posts we will get today?
I see they have got the MCap right on here. Following a Capital Reorganisation the following security has been amended:
UK OIL & GAS PLC
ORDINARY SHARES OF 0.01P EACH, FULLY PAID
(B9MRZS4)(GB00B9MRZS43)
This should appear as:
UK OIL & GAS PLC
ORDINARY SHARES OF GBP0.000001 EACH, FULLY PAID
(BS3D4G5)(GB00BS3D4G58)

The discretionary votes killed it.
Makes you wonder why ocelot is not letting everyone know what "£1,476.75, or should Resolution 1, 2 and 4 not pass up to the maximum aggregate nominal value of £1,476,746.31" means.
It just means UKOG can release another 14.6bn or 1.46bn shares to pay off the £0.66m owed to YA before the AGM when they can apply to do it all again.
And still the mugs are pumping this HOS for their own personal gain at the expense of others. No shame whatsoever.
