Safety, respectfully disagree on the 'huge amount of evidence' thing, there's literally none that stands up to scientific scrutiny.
Almost all the 'evidence' is based on conjecture and computer modelling fed with assumed data where data gaps exist, even NASA have been found to be 'massaging' figures, all dissenting opinions and arguments are attacked, people lose their jobs, 'climate denier' smears abound, historical temperatures are adjusted to make graphs 'look right'.
I used to think the same as you, but it's amazing what you can find if you don't use Goolag and search elsewhere.
97% of scientists they say, of how many scientists? Scientists in what? Asked a generalised question, where they give an opinion as an answer to make a consensus. Consensus is not evidence. If the evidence can't be tested or argued against it's not science.
Infact, 500 climatologists disagree with the above consensus and have written to the UN, not a peep in the media. Please look it up.
CO2 does not trap heat in the atmosphere, it falls to the ground and is soaked up by vegetation.
