Greatland Gold, a part-owner of the promising Havieron gold project, is gearing up for an ASX listing to streamline its Australian operations.
The company will maintain its listing on the London Stock Exchange’s (LSE) Alternative Investment Market (AIM), with the ASX listing providing increased flexibility for pursuing growth opportunities in Australia, such as farm-ins and joint ventures.

Accordingly, I remain supremely bullish about the prospects for #UJO and with its enormously well-financed portfolio has pretty much the biggest potential upside in the sector. @mgrahamwood

This is, I am confidently assured, a very good piece of business and whilst some commentators who should know better, have complained about the lack of detail of the investment, full disclosure is sometimes simply not possible, I’m sure that history will treat it very favourably.
Knowing David Bramhill as I do, I know that the deal would not be described as being ‘an above average return on our original investment’ if it was not just that, ie the investment proved to be one of the best in recent years. Accordingly I remain supremely bullish about the prospects for UJO and with its enormously well financed portfolio has pretty much the biggest potential upside in the sector.

There are currently two copper exploration companies with prospects in the Zambian Copperbelt that have captured my attention. The first is micro-cap Tertiary Minerals (LON: TYM), which I have covered in detail here – and the second is ARC Minerals (LON: ARCM).

I contacted Executive Chairman Nick von Schirnding for a brief personal view. I hope to get some more specific thoughts after the drilling season concludes, but the Chair is clearly very positive on the company’s prospects.

An interview with a company which occurred after several years was with Zenith Energy (ZEN). Here in speaking with CEO Andrea Cattaneo, there was quite a contrast with 2023, and the days well before the pandemic when we last spoke. It is clear that the company has found a niche in project development, is well diversified geographically and in the nature of these projects, and is clearly in demand given the energy crisis and need for energy security. https://www.share-talk.com/traders-cafe-with-zak-mir-the-week-in-small-caps-sunday-30th-april-2023/
While it may be said that Warpaint has more than proved its fundamental argument, we are waiting on URA Holdings (URAH) to achieve the same level of recognition. I spoke to the company in the wake of its final results. Here we still have the proposition we have known for some time. The company is sitting on one of the largest emerald mines in the world, it has a JORC resource worth some $260m, and a current market cap of £2m. Go figure, is the phrase that comes to mind, especially with a likely capex of less than £1m. https://www.share-talk.com/traders-cafe-with-zak-mir-the-week-in-small-caps-sunday-30th-april-2023/
The company which lifted the spirits the most perhaps was Warpaint (W7L). Here I spoke to Sam Bazini, the CEO. Here there were a couple of key takeaways: first the company recorded record sales, and second the company hopes to meet its upgraded guidance. All of this has been delivered by someone who left school at 16, something which I now wish I had. The whole story merited my comment in the RNS Hotlist: “When the going gets tough, the tough buy makeup.” https://www.share-talk.com/traders-cafe-with-zak-mir-the-week-in-small-caps-sunday-30th-april-2023/

Chairman Paul Atherley said the pair’s additional investment “reflects their confidence in our strategy and growth prospects”, and their request to participate in future equity raises “a clear endorsement of our business, demonstrating long-term alignment with #PRE goals”.

If successful #UKOG Pinarova-1 will be completed as a pumped oil production well and would likely be followed by a Pinarova-2 well and/or a Basur-4 appraisal well drilled from a new site west of Basur-1. https://twitter.com/Share_Talk/status/1650862005790846978?s=20
