BOD EXIT FSP IF POTENTIAL BUYER BUYS X AMOUNT ON OPEN MARKET.
I hope now to see
1) updated afc report
2) name or more hints of the consortium involved
3) press/dimitry on sharetalk or proactive
4) a time line made clear to us when this will conclude
5) other news that was previously under NDA's
I guess what people have to realise here is that sp doesn't matter, the market can't value this effectively there isn't enough clear info apart from outdated asset and PGM quantities. What ever happens in several hours time, it doesn't matter in the slightest. The BOD are Woking hard for us and are confident along with ubs and the rest that it will happen
1) - how can this share just float tomorrow at this ridiculous price. When it looks like a deal is almost across the line?
2) are UBS, DLA ETC still in?
3) is fsp is done, and Eua have deicided which offer to work to binding, why cant they name drop? Aren't the NDA'S not needed?
Waiting game huge potential for the patient
Because mms stop the buying and pass on thr cheap sells to their mates. Buys get processed later. Mms wait for the inpatient to sell, rinse and repeat. Until JV is announced they can get away with it. Once Ii's are in then it will take off eventually
Don't try and hype or predict what the sp will do. Gives the incling that your a trader. Jigsaw here picture being formed, some see it, some don't. Once the market does boom time.
Eua placing 22p... Full market price....
2 large buys just printed. Keeping it low to fill orders. Lots of bed wetters here
with due regard to the best interests of its shareholders.
'with due regard to the best interests of its shareholders.'
Market can see a plan. Cash coming in, and potential
This is just like ARB sprung for a good rise. It won't take much, lots of news due short term. It takes the market a while to notice dark horses like Oilex. A lot to do with the current price is based on past performance, not the actual information at hand that show us all that the past does not necessarily represent the future. Huge energy market in India, majors businesses plans are to seek out small caps with reserves and work with them or scoop them up. Sometimes when a share is primed to rise and the pi's have got in first mms get bombarded with institutional investors who want in cheap, so games are played in order to rob the pi's. There is no need to have this share trading in the 0.3 range. Volume will be much higher in the 0.4-0.5 range so it means to me there is large buyers lurking to scoop these up before the next round of news.
Mcap 14m...and someone buying £20m... Lol..
20m buy...
. Wow
