You are making the assumption that YD and OAK updated the shareholder register...... If you KNOW this, then I fully agree with you. But this is not typically how it works. YD and OAK clearly delayed their notifications, hence the barrage of RNS this morning issued by BMN.

Also, please do not forget that it is not BMN's responsibility to report, they only report when the shareholder notifies them. If the shareholder is slow in notifying then that is not the problem of BMN. They are not the "sloppy" ones here.....

Agree with you OB, I do not disagree with that at all.

My point was more relating to AdamH90's comment about them "filling their boots over the past 12 months", that can be misleading if you dont understand the legalities of it.

I agree 100% with the sentiment around the directors not holding significantly more shares than they currently do.

However, they would not be legally allowed to purchase shares whilst in a negotiation of such a commercial agreement. it is called a "closed period" for a reason, insider trading comes into it......

Amazing..... contempt shown to the CEO of the company for attending industry events and attempting to enhance the image and breadth of awareness of the company she runs. How mean of her to undertake such a task whilst getting paid. It's just ridiculous.....

Nobody "throws" £40K into something after 4pm on a friday without a clear reason to do so..... either trying to sneak it under the radar late in trading or just plain knows something

my buy has been held back while lots of smaller trades are showing..... will watch for it to pop up in an hour or so as a sell no doubt!

but can buy 400K shares for 2.33p, this is being walked down I guess. Not sure why there is such a large volume available at lower price than some paid for 5K shares....

Look back at the trades around that time, it will give you the best indication of the answer you are looking for.

The BOD are brave doing this so close to the AGM knowing they will have a room full of investors EXCEPTIONALLY unhappy at them..... maybe being a BOD, they know something we don't yet! Crazy idea I know....
