Yielded 4.9% uplift. Highest daily volume for yonks and no-one giving the directors grief for lack of progress. Much more expected now with this board in place. Appointments and restructuring of company, ducks being lined up I expect. Skills all in place, leading technical team, entrepreneurial CEO and a wow factor NED from multi billion dollar company. Feeling better guys?
Seems very good today. Haven't seen this level in months. What say you El?
Perhaps my team should try it, they can't play on grass!
Brilliant El. Didn't your qpr boys play on it at one stage? Seems we all feeling upbeat today, hope tb is selling into renewed interest. When he's gone there will be an almighty bounce!
Great commentary mate but shouldn't you be outside cutting the grass? Best wishes.
1. In November 2017 Fdbk achieved CE Mark for Texrad lung a proprietary software to provide additional information for interpretation of CT/PET scans of patients with lung cancer which paves the way for its clinical use by radiologists and oncologists worldwide. It's development by Balaji Ganeshan via JV with 40 leading research hospitals globally and support by the major CT scanner manufacturers. 2.In February a CEO David Crabb was appointed to review strategy and drive the business forward. David has a strong success record and as CEO of Cambridge Online Systems achieved strong growth from loss making turning company into top quartile financial results before being acquired by global IT group Columbus. 3. Also in February company announced pilot schemes for Texrad Lung in 3 leading London hospitals prior to integration into Alliance Medical Group network of CT scanners in UK hospitals. Alliance provide the major scanner service in the UK and have a long term contract with NHS. Fdbk announced the primary goal to build evidence ahead of the large commercial roll out and expect adoption of Texrad lung in clinical settings in UK and Europe this year. It will be transformational in the clinical sector and for the company. 4. In March the company appointed Lindsay Melvin to the board as CFO. 5. Also in March the company raised 440k at minimal discount to fund growth and development of new products. The largest shareholders and Board members participated. 6. Today the company announced the appointment of Simon Sturge to the board. Simon is currently COO at Merck which has a market capitalization of 150 billion dollars. This is a very signifcant appointment and Simon has acquired over 2% of the company. The company has also announced a restructure of the subsidiaries which separates corporate and operational functions. The board members have agreed to receive remuneration in share options and this aligns them with shareholders and any future successes. I am extremely confident about the future of this company.
Morning El! For the first time in months am spending money adding to my holding. Feeling confident with recent news especially today's BOD appointment and expecting great things going forward. Good luck all holders.
Google him and you will discover a man with AAA credentials, fantastic new member of board.
Chief Operating Officer of Merck joining board is hugely significant. They are a massive global operation. Confident that major development is going on. New guy already acquired 6 million shares.
Good to see El. Some smaller ISA rollovers been appearing as well. People protecting profits from tax. Feeling more confident and expecting CEO to start showing shareholders decent progress. Quiet currently but news on more CE marks expected in next period 're liver and COPD plus definitive results on Texrad lung pilots in London hospitals. Company expects sales this year in UK and Europe as per half year report.
Big delayed trade from Friday, 2m @ 1.25, buy or TB sell?
Sensible and wise precis and my feelings exactly. Let's give the new guys some space and time to develop the roadmap. Like you, am a long term holder and don't want to throw in the towel. Tom's significant further investment has given me some confidence going forward.
Thanks adrianz, haven't seen it but just looked at couple of reviews 'is little more than a deflating reminder that winner takes all and integrity isn't the key to success'. Hmm, think I may be in trouble here! Will have a look over Easter and let you know whether it changes my investment habits or values. Have a good weekend.
I'm much older than you and old fashioned as well, I just trust karma! Enjoy the break Dave.
No scapegoating here. Always happy to debate and amways accept that minnows like Feedback are high risk and reward plays. Lack of visible progress and shareholder sales is part of life in investments in micro caps but when things go well the rewards can be enormous. Never comfortable with personal attacks and not necessary. Put it in the same category as ball tampering, un necessary and doesn't really help a great deal! Enjoy Easter holiday.
're my comment 'they know what's coming', it's a reference to medium term goals and it wouldn't stop them taking part in equity raise. The new staff now have the funds to deliver commercial results. In today's AIM market the raise at minimal discount is good.
Company raises at minimal discount, long term holder and ex director gives significant support, other director participation, defined use of funds. They know what's coming. Continuing to believe and support. GLA
Well, our new CEO and CFO now have feet firmly under that table and pilots for Texrad lung been running in three hospital locations for a while now. Should be expecting some decent news flow on clinical deals and partnerships over next few weeks? Would expect to see our MR Crabb conducting some PR as well, he won't want to be anonymous to shareholders given companies previous poor record in this area and an admission that this has to improve. What an incredibly low market cap for such a life changing piece of software. Good luck everyone. Have a good Easter break.
Hi El, listened this evening and found it uplifting. Good to listen to some positivity for a change. Hope it has same impact on price!
Interview on Proactive Investors today. Talked about low director payroll costs, directors with skin in the game and meeting shareholders expectations 're targets. Hmmm... He seems excited about AI medical imaging and the team he has put together to progress FBDU. Lean business and shareholders interests...Hmmmm.... again Be could to see our guys presenting some positive news in media soon.
